It's really frustrating watching him pay for every single Perona comm he can muster just because you're friends and "they're a general lower quality" when, imo, I can't really tell the different between your full colored sketch comms for Lewdsona and what I paid for given I paid you $60 for three pics essentially I just feel like instead of taking his comms and saying "this is time I wouldn't normally work on comms" maybe you should use that time to instead work on the comms you already have? These are just suggestions and I'm not trying to be a jerk but it's really difficult having to hear "he's my friend and it's informal so that's why he's allowed to get his comms worked on" Cause like I'd toss money at you every stream of this was the case. Lord knows how many Yamato ideas I have that I want desperately done by you

But it's just not fair to the people outside of myself who are owed commissions to just barge in and be pushy and say "I want this picture done draw it for me on stream here's $20"

Sometime artists do just like drawing shit for fun. Lewd would typically suggest something then offer money. It wasn't never something I put a ton of thought into vs a typical comm. in hindsight I can see how that looks dismissive. To me it wasn't time I was going to use for anything more constructive. My art is a service. But sometimes Art as a process just doesn't work that way.
Again I'm not doing stuff for him anymore. But generally I have "work" time and "I'm just gonna draw for myself" and I allowed lewd to co-opt a lot of the later typically because I liked the ideas he would pitch and I made a point to rush them

No doubt, I get the whole process thing and the drawing for fun. I write stuff for fun sometimes because that's just what you do when you're a creative.

But you're taking money for pictures still, and taking commission work from someone while ignoring the people you've already got. Not only that, but some of the pictures they've gotten have had MULTIPLE ALTS so it's kinda frustrating as someone who paid back in March 2019 to hear "there's not a tot of effort being put in" without looking at the image and going "well there's enough effort being put in to draw different alts"

It's just really conflicting and confusing when you say that "I'm not working on the comms people already paid for because I need money now" but then go and take commissions from someone just because they three $20 in your face in stream. I just feel like if you want to make more money (because everyone in here wants to pay you for art) you should prioritize and make that time constructive to focus on the stuff you've got Like idk I've kinda backed off because you're 100% right, you haven't done that for Lewdsona in a long time

But I'm not sure you really understand how disappointing it was to wake up a morning after a stream or something and see you post another Lewdsona commission for about a year and a half while I couldn't even get a response on how my comm was going or if you'd read my story proposal for the collab you planned with me
Doubly so when I then hear you talk about those same ideas with other people in here and I'm just kinda left having to wave my hand like "hey we talked about this one if you really wanna do it we should first finish your work and then we can work together"
