PALLET TOWN
- Take Mom heal (consider skipping with high HP)
- After exiting your house:
	> Use a Super Repel
	> Teach Strength to Lapras

	> Use 3 Rare Candies (U3)
	> Bike to the water, then Surf to the mansion

CINNABAR MANSION
- Use another Super Repel
- Get both candies
- Use both candies to reach L46, then get the Secret Key
- Dig out, then Fly to Cinnabar and bike to the gym
