Colosseum pokemon 28-31 ivs special attack ivs manip

basicly i use the gamecube's internal clock feature in the main menu of the bios screen
i use this time and date: 23:58:47-48 seconds unsure about the seconds but it's around that time
also the date is: 12-31-2040

steps: get to new game screen as fast as you can from bios menu after setting gcn bios screen this should get you 28-31 ivs in special attack for espeon usually umbreon with 90 hp and espeon with 70 usually is a quiet espeon with very low speed. with 84 i also got a rash with 83 and the run today got a modest with 81 special attack which was the run i did with Suicune. pretty much it should reduce resets by a third. but anyway that's all i have on this if people have no lives and want to test this shit for them selves on emu be my guest.
