  1. -Gear Value
  2. The Gear Value used by the Gear NPC is diveded in 4 groups : Regular, Royal, Event and Donation. Regular is a set amount of points for every players while Royal will be earned thru BG and GVG performance. The Event and Donation ones are pretty self-explanatory. The Royal, Event and Donation value WILL be tradable, meaning there IS a currency on VisionRO 2 even if it's a "Super WoE" server setup. This is put in place to ensure 2 things : Lazy people that are willing to donate can trade some donation points for event points and people that don't mind to play out of WoE hours and cannot donate still has access to Donation gear just like it was a normal server.

  4. -Gear NPC
  5. This NPC will give out the gear according to what you are allowed to (based on Gear Value). At any time, you can come back to the NPC and give back items to change build / transfer the points to another character / class. Yes, this also means whenever a new donation item is available, you will be able to bring back your old item to purchase the new one!

  7. -Materials distributer
  8. Since this is a pure WoE, PVP, GVG and BG server, we all know that materials has to be easy as breathing to get. So why not giving them away! VisionRO 2 has everything you can ever dream of in terms of WoE materials. A "refill" NPC will be there in every town, giving you all your materials you need with a 10 seconds delays (to simulate the time to get them out of storage). This NPC is a Click+Enter setup. To allow this, the choice of the materials will be located in the famous Control Unit that was tweaked from VisionRO 1 to match the new server.

  10. -Custom BG system and maps
  11. There will be bi-monthly (or depending on the mapper's scheduals) custom battleground maps AND system such as Capture the flag, hold the front, king of the hills, etc. Ideas will also be taken for scenarios.

  13. -Near daily events
  14. There will be VERY frequant events (keeping in mind that some gear will be event only and WILL give a SLIGHT advantage to regular gear). All the event will revolve around killing players weither it's a ladder tournament, a big GVG rumble or anything that the event GM can think of.

  16. -Server-Side no-delay protection
  17. Yes, I will no longer use Harmony and the no-delay protection will be 100% non-bypassable as the system will be server-side and NO side effects will be involved beside the price of my high quality hosting...

  19. -High quality hosting
  20. I learned from VisionRO version 1 that you get what you pay for. I've wasted a lot of money and efforts into TRYING to save a few bucks for hosting until giving it all up to buy a SoftLayer dedicated server. VisionRO 2 wont take 3 month before turning into a good host, it will be on a SoftLayer dedicated server right off the bat!

  22. -Donation Guild Maps
  23. Guilds enjoy having privacy and this is why we will take the time to offer custom guild maps for every guilds out there. They will be accessible with a password and the password can easily be changed by the guild leader, allowing him to kick someone out of his guild, change the password and put it in the guild notice for the people still there. The creation of the guild maps takes around 2 to 4 days and the implementation has to wait until a server maintenance. However, we reserve ourself 2 weeks to any of those pruchases because the unexpected always becomes reality. If those 2 weeks are past and we still aren't done, you will be eligible to a imidiate refund.

  25. -GVG Arena
  26. Tired of BG? Dont like the bi-monthly scenario? You can just bring you guild into the GVG arena to earn those points you need! This arena is basicly a non-stop team deathmatch. Every guild that decides to join will have a respawn zone associated with only their guild where no one else can come. They will have to move as a guild into the fighting grounds to go wipe others. Every kills by the guild will be awarded to all the players in that guild.

  28. -WoE and Guild types
  29. Another thing I learned from VisionRO 1 is that small guilds or anyone that would like to start a guild cannot live on 76 guild capacity. On VisionRO 2, there will be different type of guilds and specific WoEs for each of them. Open creating a guild, you will be prompted to choose between a 48 maximum members guild or 76 maximum. To suit those guilds, there will be 1 WoE SE and 1 WoE FE for the small guilds while the big guilds will have 2 WoE SE (who wants to go FE with 76 people anyway...). Now that you are aware of the guild types, the fun stuff! VisionRO 2 will have CUSTOM WoE SE castles. Everyone knows how boring the official ones are... The customs will be scooped and detailed from every aspects of it to ensure fairness and an intense experience.

  31. -Dual client monitoring
  32. While dual clienting is allowed, some uses of dual clienting are not. First example would be battleground. There will be a lot more dual client monitoring for those. Scripting will be running all over the place logging dual IPs. It will save their maps, the amount of clients, etc. After being logged, GMs will automaticly be warned for manual check (if present) and Anti-AFK script will be running on all those clients. The anti-AFK scripting is an highly evolved version from the one VisionRO 1 had. Anyone that is not dual clienting or AFKing will NEVER feel that system is running. Everytime you do get kicked by the AFK system, this will also go in the dual clienting logs. The more we fetch about a player, the more likely he will get manually investigated. As my staff's time is precious, there will be heavy concequances on failure to comply to the dual clienting rules.
