Some summer/late 2016 speedplans

Partly because it's pastebin monday,and partly because I have some other speedplans that came up since the last pastebin,I want to talk about them here

First is Half-Life 2 and Pokemon Emerald. I recently completed both of those games casually(HL2 I pretty much stopped playing for a year starting last June lol)and had a lot of fun with it. I plan to learn the New Engine route for HL2 at some point(and potentially do HL2's equivalent of a No OoB sort of run that I made up),but I want to learn Emerald before that. As for the category within Emerald I'm wanting to learn,I'm hovering towards Glitchless.

Second are some future games coming out late 2016. Outlast 2 and the newest Pokemon game to start off Gen VII,Sun and Moon(#TeamMoon)are both coming out in the fall 2016 season(sun/moon 1 month after Outlast 2 assuming Outlast 2 comes out in October),and for me they're the games I'm most excited for. Outlast 2 looks amazing from the PAX East gameplay and I believe(partly from the monthly trailers)that Sun and Moon will be an amazing game to commemorate Pokemon's 20th anniversary. What also comes with that is that I am really eager to see how both games will turn out as speedgames. With Outlast 2,assuming it's on the same(maybe slightly modified)engine as the original Outlast,it'll allow for tons of fun glitches to find,and the run looks to be as long as a SOMA run because of Red Barrels making the game longer than the original. With Sun/Moon I'm curious to see just how long it'll end up being(maybe slightly shorter/longer than X/Y),and how the community will route out the game(and also do wondertrade races OpieOP). With Outlast 2 and Pokemon Moon I'll try to do a big long stream on Saturday the week of each game's release to try to complete them in one sitting.

Also coming up are 2 long speedruns,mainly the handheld mario series run and the PSMD run I wanted to do. PSMD will be before SGDQ,and the handheld mario run will probably be after,I'll do 80 star runs of sm64 ds as preperation for it.
