- No Superglide: ~24s
- Superglide After Behemoth 3 (cottage menu): ~22s
- Superglide After Chernabog: ~22s

- No Superglide can vary a bit because Superglide saves a teeny tiny
- amount of time going from after Ansem 1 to Darkside 3.
- Equipping Superglide after Chernabog uses an extra menu, which
- nullifies any time save from having it prior to Final Rest.
- Equipping Superglide in the Cottage menu after Behemoth 3 doesn't
- use an extra menu but you lose a bit of time on the way to Final Rest.
- Moral of this story: in reality, it makes about no difference when you
- equip Superglide and you don't even have to equip it at all.
- EDIT: Please don't not equip Superglide. It helps with Ansem 2 strats and
- can help a bit in the Room Cores in final fights. This was mostly to show how
- useless of a movement ability it is at this late in the game.
