This was supposed to be the Flannel & Pine Amber Ale, but mistakes happened (misplaced my hops) and here we are!
It was required to showcase Two Track Red River 20L caramel malt

RO + gypsum, NaCl, CaCl: 50 ppm Ca, 19 ppm Na, 59 ppm SO4, 71 ppm Cl

83%  Fawcett Pearl pale ale malt
9% Two Track Red River, malt (20°L)
7% British Medium Crystal (77°L)
1% Blackprinz malt

MASH
152°F, 60 minutes

BOIL
60 min

HOPS + MISC
10 g Cascade, 5% AA, 60 min.
28.4 g Styrian Goldings, 4.5% AA, 10 min
0.25 tablet Whirfloc, 10 min
1.2 g Wyeast yeast nutrient, 10 min
1 tsp. Irish moss (15 min.)

FERMEENT
67°F ambient with Fermentis K-97
