  1. yet another Pokemon pastebin
  2.
  3. So, as I stated a while ago, a friend from my local pokemon league and I are doing a special challenge, we are going to go through all of our Pokemon games catching pokemon following certain rules and in the end, when we reach Gen VI, have a huge Iron Man battle
  4.
  5. Catching Pokemon Rules:
  6.
  7. -You can only catch the first species you encounter in each route
  8. -If you already have that, you can try again until you get a species you don't own
  9. -You cannot catch 2 Pokemon of the same family line in one game, but can have the same species in multiple games
  10. -Interactable Pokemon such as the Red Gyarados and Sudowoodo don't count towards the route as they are considered "Special" Pokemon
  11. -Same with gift Pokemon (starters, eggs, Shuckle in HGSS, etc..)
  12. -You must get every Legendary pokemon available.
  13. -You must get every in-game trade (catching extra pokemon for these is allowed)
  14. -Every pokemon caught must get the champion ribbon of it's respective generation
  15. -You can get the 3 gift Pokemon from Battle Revolution (but only for 1 game)
  16. -You can get 1 normal pokemon + all the legadary pokemon from Dream Radar (but only for one game)
  17. -You can get the Manaphy Egg, Riolu and Darkrai from Shadow of Almia (but only for one game)
  18. -Breeding is only allowed to get 1 Phione in the game you get the Manaphy egg
  19. -Catching extra pokemon for the FRLG National dex is allowed as long as you release the extra ones after getting it
  20.
  21. -For Colosseum and XD, instead of catching pokemon for area, you must get all Shadow Pokemon
  22. -Only 1 Pokemon for each Pokespot is allowed, but can get the rare one for the trades.
  23. -You can have either Togetic or Elekid, it is up to the player.
  24.
  25. The Iron Man rules:
  26.
  27. -You can select any 6 of all available Pokemon
  28. -If you lose, you select 6 more until you run out of Pokemon
  29. -if you win, you keep in your team the ones that survived and replace the one that fainted.
  30.
  31. it would be fun to see more people join this insane challenge
