Bosses appear at set intervals, no pvp during corrisponding world boss spawns.
Current method has them spawn at random intervals causing adventurers to wait for long periods of time
as well as server troubles caused by focal channel swapping.
The plan of placing set interval boss spawns with disabled PvP is to solves these issues
as well as a measure for adventurers to no longer suffer unncessary conflict between players during boss raids.
We plan to implement adjustments for the resulting slowdown.

Entry restriction to the Free Battle Arena during world boss spawn alteration
If you have already entered the Free Battle Arena you shall be automatically removed from the Free Battle Arena after 15 seconds

The following world bosses have been changed to despawn regardless of their HP after 15 minutes.
Boss monsters summoned by scrolls are not affected.

Offin's barrier HP reduced by 60%

Quint subjugation reward Mutant Enhancer increased to 7~20.

Quint/Muraka HP reduced by 40%

Fixed issue where the server message and banner indicating that Nouver traces have been discovered display when Karanda despawns.
