I dunno why you'd bring it up... unless you think it can close the gaps, in which case prove it. I for one think all races undergo plasticity and grow less alike.

I dunno what would happen, do the study. But unless he behaves like a typical native of that region you're not vindicated.

Raw scores increase until around age 24. It's easier to mold child scores than adult scores. IQ was more malleable in the past than today, and while the median raw scores have risen, the top 5% has not, and "g" has declined. But don't waste time with someone who thinks evolution in humans is something pathological and doesn't understand how operationalization and normalization work.

Operationalization: for example, "aggressiveness". You come with some indicators of aggressiveness that are valid, meaning they predict future behavior. IQ tests are an on-going program to operationalize "intelligence", to collapse the thing in itself to a value.

Operationalization is like trying to infer the strength of a monster underground by rolling rocks down into the cave, and seeing if, and how long it takes, for the monster to push the rocks back up. IQ tests are the rocks and the monster underground is "intelligence".

And normalization of IQ comes from the median raw score for white people being set to 100. Some tests don't do this anymore and just use the "whole population" median as 100. Raw scores have gone up, but the median IQ for whites or the whole population is still 100.

I guess he could know what normalization means and not know that raw scores have increased. But his use of the term "supremacist" is just not something I tolerate. He's either dishonest or comprehensively brainwashed, only worth responding to in mass form (i.e. video response).
