they want to delay me trying to make social interactions happen withoutu giving me the group therapy i asked for its basically just trafficking and someone’s trying to make a finders fee from creating and forcing a relationship
To whom it may concern,

I am writing this email in regards to a 1 year medical review and medical corrections i am trying to make on my hospital file. I am on ODSP looking to have my diagnosis updated and corrected I received mail informing to provide the documentation by the end of January I spoke to my social worker they gave me a phone number to call that wasnt very informative in regards to my situation so i am branching out for more information on what i should do.

I have a documented history of my attempting to show up for the group therapy but birth giver caused a breakdown and wasnt able to leave just medicated and isolated in the basement lost my job at Walmart too. Since this day i have not been able to get to this appointment like poeple are obviously plotting on me not being able to make friends so they can try and make me into a slave or something
