  17. For the berry ice cubes:
  18. 1 1/4 c. coconut water
  19. 1/3 c. blueberries
  20. 1/3 c. raspberries
  21. 1/3 c. chopped strawberries

  23. For the drink:
  24. 2 Tbsp. honey
  25. 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  26. 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  27. 3 (12-oz.) cans seltzer
  28. Combine all berries in coconut water freeze for 4 hours+
  29. In pitcher, combine honey + lime and lemon juices. Stir. Then add seltzer

  52. Hot Butterscotch Milk
  53. 4 cup milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbp butter, cinnamon
  54. Med saucepan, medium heat the milk. 6-7 minutes. Do not boil. Stir and add all. Remove heat, server and top with cinnamon / whipped cream. Sleepy.

  61. Banana Tea: Boil banana and/or peel. Great sleep aid

  63. Lavender Milk Tea: 1 tablespoon lavender bud/flower | 1 cup water | 1 tea bag (earl, black green) | 1 cup milk | 1 tablespoon honey. Boil water then add lavender. Strain, add tea bag and infuse. Heat milk up gently, combine all together

  66. Pine needle tea: 1/2 cup fresh pine needles (from safe species like Eastern White Pine, Scots Pine, or Norway Pine) | 2 cups water | Honey + Lemon. Chop needle, boil water, seep and add flavors

  68. Starbucks Pink Drink
  69. 2 bags hibiscus-based tea, 2 fresh strawberries sliced, 1 cup white grape juice, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 Tbsp simple syrup, Ice
  70. Bring 1/2 cup of water to boil. Pour into container, add tea bags and steep 10 minutes. Discard bags, refridgerate tea 15 minutes. Cocktail shaker, combine all together and shake.

  78. Watermelon Agua Fresca

  80. 6 c. seedless watermelon chunks (from ½ small watermelon), plus small wedges for garnish
  81. 6 Tbsp. sugar
  82. 1/3 c. fresh lime juice
  83. 1/3 c. water

  85. Combine watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and ⅓ cup water in a blender. Puree until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  86. Serve immediately, garnished with mint sprigs and watermelon wedges, or chill for up to 3 days in advance.

  102. 2 oz grenadine, 12 oz Cola, Maraschino cherries

  105. Rosemary-and-Ginger Mule
  106. 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup rosemary sprigs, 1 can non-alcoholic ginger beer, 1 tbsp lime
  107. Bring water, sugar and rosemary to boil, stir. Remove heat let cool 30 mins
  108. Pour through a strainer. Store in glass jar
  109. Stir together beer, rosemary syrup and lime juice in copper mug with ice

  117. Blueberry Lemon: 2 cups Blueberries | 1 Banana | 2 tbsp lemon juice mixed with 1/2 cup orange juice, slight honey/sugar
