  1. >About a couple of hours after the celebration, you and Rainbow are off the hospital
  2. >You already showered up and changed into nice clothes
  3. >A vineyard vine collared shirt with some cargo shorts
  4. >Yeah, you were looking pretty good
  5. >Dash was dressed in jeans and a shirt
  6. >She didn't look like she cared much though
  7. >Both of your minds were on something else
  8. "You okay Dash?"
  9. >"Yeah, just thinking about what I should say"
  10. "If you get nervous or something, just remember that I am next to you"
  11. >"Thanks Anon"
  12. "Did Mom tell you his condition?"
  13. >"Yeah, she said he is a full paraplegic. He can't speak but he responds to sound"
  14. "Sooo, he'll understand everything we say"
  15. >"That's right"
  16. "Good...I want him to hear me"
  17.
  18. >The hospital is now in sight
  19. >Dash's face is getting increasingly white
  20. >You can tell she's getting nervous
  21. >You grab her hand
  22. "It's okay Dash, we can do this together
  23. >She parks the car in the lot
  24. >The two of you walk into the hospital and get to the front desk
  25. >"We would like 2 visitor passes, for Soarin"
  26. >"Okay, just sign these out and you're good to go"
  27. >You sign the papers and receive your passes
  28. >You thank the lady
  29. >"Room 332"
  30. >You walk to the elevator and press floor 3
  31. >The hospital reeks of chemicals
  32. >Almost as if they were trying to cover up the smell of death
  33. >The door closes in front of you
  34. "Finally, we get to see this bastard"
  35. >She nods as the elevator reaches the third floor
  36. >You quickly locate his room
  37. "Are you sure you're ready for this Dash?"
  38. >"Yes, Im ready"
  39. >You slowly open the door to his room
  40. >You see him
  41. >He's just sitting there, sitting on a chair
  42. >Hoses and wires running through his mouth and nose
  43. >His bruised and maimed body
  44. >He's lost weight
  45. >At least 30 lbs
  46. >He is white
  47. >Ghostly white
  48. >He's able to turn his head a bit to face you
  49. >He looks you in the eyes and turns his head back
  50. "Well, here we are"
  51. >Your words echo through the room
  52. "I think we should talk Soarin"
  53. >You close the door behind you
  54. >You pull up a chair in front of him
  55. >Dash is still standing, to petrified to move
  56. >You sit in the chair in front of him
  57. >Dash slowly pushes a chair next to you
  58. >You stare deep into his eyes
  59. >Piercing his soul every second you stare at him
  60. >All he can do is turn his head
  61. "So, how you feeling Soarin? Still feeling like a tough guy?"
  62. >His head is still turned to the side, avoiding your gaze
  63. "Man, you look different from the last time we met"
  64. >The mask is tight over your emotions
  65. >Trying to be strong was harder than you thought
  66. "But know you're here, and we're here. I wish there was someway for you to communicate to us. Not that we want to hear your voice."
  67. >You can tell his eyes are getting watery
  68. "You do know why your here right?"
  69. >He slowly nods
  70. >"IT"S BECAUSE YOU ARE A LOWLIFE SON OF A BITCH WHO FINDS THE NEED TO RAPE AND HURT ANYONE WHO ANGERS YOU!"
  71. >Dash snapped
  72. >She's crying now
  73. >You see a weak smile roll onto Soarin's face
  74. >You do your best to console Dash, but she leaves the room
  75. >Leaving the room with just you and him
  76. >You look back towards him
  77. >Out of anger you slap the smirk off of his face
  78. >You take a minute to regain composure
  79. "Truth is, there is nothing more I would want to see in the world than you dead. Even though you deserve to suffer. But that's not my call. So for the rest of your life you will be sitting in this chair, rotting like the animal you are."
  80. >His smile fades away
  81. >You get over come with rage
  82. >You grab the breathing tube with your hand and clamp it shut
  83. >Successfully cutting off his oxygen flow
  84. >You know you shouldn't be doing this but it feels so right
  85. >For a second you wish you can just end him
  86. >But you have a life to live
  87. >And you don't want to go down to his level
  88. >You let go, letting him breath once again
  89. "Just because you lost your temper, you will be living this hell for the rest of your life. I hope you enjoy it"
  90. >no smile
  91. "I came here to confront you. But you are nothing now. I get to live my life to the fullest, while you reflect on how you got here. This is better than prison. Seeing you here. No one even wants to look at you. And I'll come to visit every so often. Just to see you sit in that chair, wishing for death"
  92. >You move closer to him
  93. "But it will never come"
  94. >He returns your stare
  95. >As if trying to communicate with you
  96. >You just stare at his living corpse
  97. >Reduced to a chair
  98. >The mask is slipping
  99. >You feel it coming off
  100. "I hope your happy with your decisions. Almost killing a teenager and raping his sister. Was it worth it?"
  101. >He looks up at you with tired eyes
  102. >He slowly nods his head to the side
  103. >Tears start running down his face
  104. "Your crocodile tears don't earn you SHIT Soarin. I'll see you later"
  105. >You walk out the room leaving nothing behind
  106. >The mask is almost completely off
  107. >You need to find Dash now
