    ↪︎ He tends to bite off more than he can chew and will never admit when he needs help, he will always be down to help others but will never ask for help himself. This often leads to stressful times with him trying to juggle 101 responsibilities and it is usually around these times where he becomes particularly snappy with people.
    ↪︎ Charming = he is one of those guys that your mum loves. Mothers would swoon over how handsome or how tall he is and they'd just want to pamper him. When you interact with him, you would just want to be around him more because of his easy going nature. He has a very attractive smile which people can't help but be drawn to.
    ↪︎ Protective = Jackie forms attachments to people which in turn makes him protective over them; whether this is shielding them from hate, defending them when they are in trouble or anything along those lines. He tends to take their problems as his own.
    ↪︎ Witty = he has a really good sense of humour and can easily make people laugh by his weird antics. He loves to make people laugh and he is the sort of guy to tell a really bad joke but people will still laugh because of the way he reacted to his own joke and just how dumb it was. You can never escape his dad jokes, it is like he has just got them written down somewhere ready to use at any moment's notice.
    ↪︎ Emotionally intelligent = Jackie is sensitive to the feelings of others in the sense that he is really able to notice when something is up with someone. He is quite observant in this respect and it is what really helped him as a leader.
    ↪︎ Shy = despite having a lot of charisma on stage and appearing to have a lot of confidence in general, Jackie is actually quite shy and reserved. He used to struggle to look people in the eye but he is now a lot better at it. He is only able to talk to people properly when he is comfortable around them. People are always shocked when they find this out.

background :
Jackie started training quite young at the age of 13 under TA Media. He was discouraged by his mother as she was apprehensive letting her 13 year old son start training under a company. Nevertheless, after heavy persuasion from Jackie, she allowed it and he auditioned for TA Media, later getting in.

On the 10th October, 2014, Jackie debuted in the 10-member boy group, INCLUDE. Soon after, members of the group were coming and going meaning that they had to constantly go into hiatus in order to reorganise the group. This caused fans to lose interest in them as they were not getting any new material from the group.

A year later at the end of 2015, at the age of 21, he decided to complete his military service early and so he left the group, coming back in 2017. By the time he came back, the group was at an all time low. He knew he needed to do something as the leader of the group and that is how he came up with the idea of joining NEON Lights.

how do they feel about their group situation? :
   ↪︎ Jackie feels helpless and annoyed at himself. He feels that if he hadn't enlisted early, he may have been there to monitor what is going on with his group's publicity but instead he decided to enlist, allowing everything that happened to happen.

why did they join? :
   ↪︎ it was sort of a last ditch attempt at success, he knew that this was pretty much their last chance and if they didn’t make it here, then they would have to officially disband.

Dear Jackie,
Don’t be so hard on yourself, and don’t think that you have to do everything by yourself, there are people around you that are willing to help you. Take a break every now and again and I hope that you have finally found a positive way to deal with your stress. Keep going, you’ve got this!

debut speech : I would like to thank everyone who has pushed me to come out of my circle and realise my full potential. I can confidently say that although I was not expecting to do anything that I did here for the last 3 months, I would not change it for the world. I’m grateful for all the people that I met here and I can confidently say that I have made some long lasting friendships here.
