SRW OE - Chapter 2 Summary

Chapter 2:

Domon lived in peace after having defeated the Devil Gundam and the threat of the DG cells. However, after learning that the DG cells might start up the flames of war again somewhere in space, Domon went on a journey. He has been spotted in the Tokidoki Space.
Gohto is a smuggler who often does business with Connect. He was hired to transport Domon who is going to the Tokidoki Space at Connect's request.
Domon doesn't care about the money but since they share the same goal, he accepted the request.
After landing on the asteroid, Domon wants to go outside without his MS but Gohto suggests that at least should ride an AT. However, Domon thinks the AT would be in the way. Leaving the two VOTOMS pilots in charge of watching Gohto so he doesn't run away, Domon goes out to investigate the asteroid when he feels something coming. Just as he warns Gohto, four Death Army machines appear, confirming his suspicions regarding the DG Cells. The ATs are outnumbered and Domon is too far away from the ship. The soliders want to go pick him up but their weapons are ineffective against the enemy units. Domon decides to take matters into his own hands and summons the God Gundam. The soldiers are completely taken aback by Domon's machine and its power. The Gundam fighter puts the two pilots in charge of protecting Gohto while he takes on the Death Army. Impressed, Gohto tells him he'll wait for him 'til the end. However, Domon advises him to run away if things go bad to which the soldiers reply that he should do the same if it gets too dangerous. They'll wait for him just outside the cave, ready to launch.
