  5. I recommend that you escalate your Bitstamp support request to their manager. No assets have been transferred yet.

  7. While Bitstamp may have taken some form of action with your account (it's not my place to say), I can say with absolute certainty that the transfer of client account data and assets from Bitstamp to Bitbuy has not yet begun.
