- I recommend that you escalate your Bitstamp support request to their manager. No assets have been transferred yet.
- While Bitstamp may have taken some form of action with your account (it's not my place to say), I can say with absolute certainty that the transfer of client account data and assets from Bitstamp to Bitbuy has not yet begun.
