  74. The Shadow of Obsession makes an [Opposed Check] against the result of the [Weapon Attack], making an [Active Check] (treat it as a [Reactive Check]), and if they succeed, they cancel the [Damage] and other effects of that [Weapon Attack].

Then, it moves up to 7 Sq. from their current square, ignoring [Engagements].
