Terms of Service [revised 22 Oct 2024]

If you do request my services, you're agreeing to these terms of service. If you don't agree with something, don't request my services.

GENERAL
 1. Unless asked not to beforehand, I may post your commission in my galleries and use it as example of art. I don't charge extra for private commissions.

 2. You may repost your commissioned piece of art as long as I am credited.

 3. I may refuse your commission or request another character.

 4. Do not rush me, wait at least a week before asking for an update.

 5. In case there is a deadline, let me know beforehand.

 6. You may not commission me if you are under 18.

 7. You may not commission +18 artwork with OC's that aren't yours unless you have proof that the original owner is 18 or older and okay with it.

 8. Rude behaviour will not be tolerated.

PAYMENTS
 1. All prices are in USD.

 2. You must provide an e-mail address so invoices can be sent to you.

 3. Payments may be sent upfront.

 4. You may not cancel your commission if you already sent your payment.

 5. At least half of the payment MUST be sent if you received a Work-In-Progress(usually a sketch), otherwise your commission will remain on hold.

 6. If I am not able to finish your commission for any reason, I will refund your money back to you.

REFERENCES AND DETAILS
 1. I will need visual references or a heavily-detailed description of any OC(original character) you want me to draw. Digital preferred if visual.
	a. Traditional references must be high quality, colors must be distinguishable especially.
	b. In case you don't have any visual references or detailed description, character design costs may apply.

 2. You will need to provide as many details as possible. You need to specify poses, clothes, expressions, perspective, background, style(htf, mlp, cartoon, chibi, anthro, anime, etc) and anything else you feel is important for the commission. You may send visual references as examples.
	a. In case you don't give me enough details, I will not take responsibility for any mistake made in the picture.

 4. Let me know beforehand if you want me to use pure black/white in your commission.

 5. You may request any modifications in the sketching/lineart process.
	a. After coloring process started, you may only request small changes related to colors/shading or small edits like effects, etc.

MY CHARACTERS
 1. If at least one of Parmiheart's characters is included, you may get a discount of 25% which will be deducted from the final price.
	a. However, there may be some kinks or situations I don't want my characters involved in, and I'm free to decline including them for any reason.

 2. You may not own the rights to any characters I designed that are "biologically related" to any of my characters.
	a. These characters won't count as Parmiheart's characters.

WILL DRAW/WON'T DRAW
 1. I can draw:
	-Furries(anthro / feral / cub)
	-Ponies
	-Humans
	-Monsters
	-Pok3mon
	-Fanart
	-NSFW
	-Most fetish/kink art: feet, tentacles, ntr, etc
	-Gore/violence

 2. I won't draw:
	-Diapers, scat, flatulence
	-Realistic images
	-Traditional
	-Hate art

 3. Most fetishes/kinks may be considered mild NSFW or higher even if no nudity or explicit sex is present.

 4. Implied but unseen sexual activity may be considered mild NSFW or higher.

CHANGES
 1. These terms of service may be revised at any time.
	a. Changes to terms of service won't apply if you commissioned me before revision date.

 2. Feel free to consult me about any concerns you may have related to these terms of service.
