Terms of Service [revised 25 May 2023]

If you do request my services, you're agreeing to these terms of service. If you don't agree with something, Don't request my services.

GENERAL
 1. Unless asked not to beforehand, I may post your commission in my galleries and use it as example of art. I don't charge extra for private commissions.
 2. You may repost your commissioned piece of art as long as I am credited.
 3. I may refuse your commission or request another character.
 4. Do not rush me, wait at least a week before asking for an update.
 5. In case there is a deadline, let me know beforehand. Otherwise all commissions will be done in a "first come, first served" basis
 6. You may not commission me if you are under 18.
 7. You may not commission +18 artwork with OC's that aren't yours unless you have proof that the original owner is 18 or older and okay with it.
 8. Rude behaviour will not be tolerated.

PAYMENTS
 1. All prices are in USD
 2. I will need your e-mail to send an invoice
 3. Payments may be sent upfront.
 4. You may not cancel your commission if you already sent your payment.
 5. Payments MUST be sent if you received a Work-In-Progress(usually a sketch), otherwise your commission won't be finished.
 6. If I am not able to finish your commission for any reason, I will refund your money back to you.

REFERENCES AND DETAILS
 1. I will need visual references of any OC(original character) you want me to draw. Digital preferred.
 2. Traditional references must be high quality, colors must be distinguishable especially
 3. In case you don't have any references, character design costs may apply.
 4. You will need to provide as many details as possible. You need to specify poses, clothes, expressions, perspective, background, style(htf, mlp, cartoon, chibi, anthro, anime, etc) and anything else you feel is important for the commission. You may send visual references as examples.
 5. In case you don't give me enough details, I will not take responsibility for any mistake made in the picture.
 6. Let me know beforehand if you want me to use pure black/white.
 7. Abstract backgrounds will have no cost.
 8. You may request any modifications before you send your payment.
 9. After you send payment, you may only request small changes to your piece of art. But you can't ask me to change the poses, characters, background, etc. (otherwise extra charges may apply)
 10. If you need alt versions of your piece of art, let me know beforehand. (charges may apply if necessary)

MY CHARACTERS
 1. You may include my own characters. However, there may be some kinks or situations I don't want my characters involved in, and I'm free to decline including them for any reason.
 2. You may not own the rights to any characters I designed that are "biologically related" to any of my characters.

	-Ponies
	-Humans
	-Monsters
	-Pok3mon
	-Fanart
	-NSFW
	-Most fetish/kink art: feet, tentacles, ntr, etc
	-Gore/violence
 2. I won't draw
	-Diapers, scat, fart and anything similar to those
	-Realistic images
	-Traditional
	-Hate art
	-Politics

CHANGES
 1. These terms of service may be revised at any time.
 2. If there is something not listed here, feel free to consult me about it.
