  1. I've issue with
  2. Intel HD Graphics 4000 Driver 9.18.10.3222 with Windows 8.1

  4. After installing Windows 8.1 Pro or Enterprise Windows update the driver on this version and I use Skystar card now I've kinda flashing small lines on the channels I watch and after I install older version for this driver I don't have this problem anymore but Windows keep updating the driver for the last version. anyone have same issue or have solution.
