- Founded Hero Hotline with six other super heroes that would go down in history as America’s first officially documented super heroes. The Magnificent Seven as they were called.
- Half of all proceeds made from the Hero Hotline service back in the day was donated to charity, usually things like disaster reliefs and towards victims to violent crimes, both of which being originally Kirby’s idea.
- He and the other members of the Magnificent Seven are based on classic super heroes and superhero archetypes. Kirby Bill-Kane is based on Batman and Moon Knight.
- Kirby Bill-Kane’s personality is similar to Bruce Wayne in Batman Beyond but much more villainous.
- Kirby’s name is a combination of three legendary comic artist’s names. These being Jack Kirby, Bill Finger and Bob Kane.

- Was a commercial bodybuilder and fitness instructor with his own line of popular exercise tapes in the 80’s. Created his own brand of health shake and juicer that lead to a health shake empire, allowing him to retire a millionaire at sixty.
- Like most members of the Magnificent Seven, Strong Man starred in his own PSAs as his superhero persona that he did for charity, his PSAs’ messages usually revolved around exercise and healthy eating.
- Was best friends with Captain Midnight back in the day.
- Strong Man is based on Superman and has a costume and personality similar to Superman.
- Strong Man is strong enough to flip over a car with relatively little effort.
- Strong Man was one of the first documented metahumans, having been tested for the Metahuman Gene in 1984.

- Embezzled Hero Hotline funds along with Steel Patriot. Spending funds to fuel his drug addiction.
- Hypocritically starred in a line of Anti-Drug and narcotic PSAs during the height of his career, his drug addiction not being public knowledge back then. His anti-drug campaign “Run The Other Direction” was a huge hit back in the day and the campaign’s slogan is now a popular internet meme.
- Was also the spokesman for a popular brand of energy drink called Tang (parody of Bang) which had a flavor named after him, a “sour then sweet” cherry and raspberry punch flavor called “Blur Berry” which was discontinued after his addiction become public but was brought back shortly after his death in 2017 as a way of honoring his memory, proceeds of which went to charities helping those struggling with addiction.
- Retired from superheroing in 1995 when his drug addiction was exposed to the public, going to rehab shortly after. He finally kicked his addiction in 2006 and stayed clean until his death in 2017, having suffered a heart attack while running on his estate's private running track.

Lady Knight

- Was an activist for multiple causes in the 80’s including but not limited to women’s rights, environmentalism, gay rights, workers rights, black rights and preservation of historical landmarks. She is now the owner and curator for The Museum of Women’s History in Nicholas’ home city.
- Starred in a series of PSAs revolving around women’s rights and other social issues. Her most famous PSA being one that tackled the subject of the wage gap between men and women that also starred Captain Midnight and Red Velvet which involved the two heroes being strapped to a bomb and at the mercy of The Mad Bomber (a reoccurring super villain they fought at the time). Lady Knight comes dashing in but instead of saving them she starts to talk about the considerable gap in pay between men and women, men being payed more than women for the same job and asks the two why she should save them if she’ll just be payed less then what they would for doing the same job and in a humorously dark twist, simply leaves them to their doom. This PSA is a parody/reference to a 1973 PSA involving the cast of 66’ Batman that also tackled the issue of equal pay in a similar scenario involving Batman, Robin and Batgirl.
- Had a romantic fling with Captain Midnight during their super hero career and although they separated only a year after they started seeing each other they still stayed good friends up until the massive fall out between all members that resulted in The Magnificent Seven disbanding and the 1980’s Hero Hotline going under in 1995.
- Lynda Valor is a descendant of Joan of Arc which inspired her to learn how to use a sword and become Lady Knight.
- Is the only female member of the Magnificent Seven and thus the only female hero in the original version of Hero Hotline. She was actually the second most popular hero, second only to Captain Midnight.
- Lady Knight is based on Wonder Woman. Her first name is a reference to Lynda Carter who played Wonder Woman in the 1975 Wonder Woman television series.
- Although retired for many years, she would become Lady Knight again during the events of the Hero Hotline arc to help Fusion-X stop Kirby Bill-Kane and save the world.

- Half-Japanese, aspiring actor but failed to find work in Hollywood due to racial discrimination. Was given the Ring of Godai from the owner of an Asian antique store in China Town, New York.
- The Aether energy he generates and controls via his ring takes a red coloration. His costume, reminiscent of a ninja or samurai is also red, thus his name.
- Became a world renown film director and screenplay writer after retiring from doing hero work when Hero Hotline disbanded in 1995. He also wrote two best selling books, his first book, “Half American” detailed the discrimination he faced during the 80’s for his Japanese heritage and his second book “Under The Capes and Masks” was about his experiences as Red Velvet and the dark and troubled personal lives of his super hero colleagues.
- Red Velvet was the only hero who had supernatural powers and was arguably the most powerful.
- Red Velvet is based on Green Lantern.

Chief Geronimo

- Was a professional wrestler with Native American ancestry that went under the stage name Chief Geronimo, laying heavily into a Native American in his wrestling persona as a way of representing his culture but he was kicked out and blacklisted from the wrestling industry after he was tested for the Metahuman Gene, metahumans having been looked down upon back then and was seen as an unfair advantage as he was naturally much stronger than regular human beings.
- His four animal companions were all rescues as he worked in his family’s wildlife reserve and sanctuary after being forced to retire from wrestling.
- His PSAs revolved around environmental messages such as recycling, planting trees, saving the rain forest etc.
- Suffered from a tobacco addiction, smoking cigars and using chewing tobacco frequently. Died in 2013 from complications relating to tobacco abuse.
