  3. Health, Magicka, and Stamina/Carry Weight increases by 15 when chosen
  4.  
  5. Power Attacks now require at least 30 Stamina
  6.  
  7. Armor and Magic Resistance cap set to 100%, immunity is possible if values reach 100 (Multiply Armor Rating by .12 for percentage, 834 is 100%)
  8.  
  9. Lesser Powers no longer have a cool down

  11. Health, Magicka, and Stamina do not suffer a regen penalty in combat
  12.  
  13. Rested bonuses increase bartering instead of XP gain
