Draconid_Jo's letter to HullBreach concerning DCTheGamr

IDK if any of the other admins have informed you of this yet, but on September 24th at 12:25 AM, certain members of the admin team made the hasty decision—against your expressed wishes from what I understand, and also without putting it to a vote among the admins—to permaban DCTheGamr for off site behavior (some of his posts here on Twitter), as well as completely baseless and defamatory allegations of him being a spammer who has been making alts and harassing community members recently.

Some drama has already occurred both on and off site as a direct result of the admin team's extremely controversial decision, as DCTheGamr is a much-beloved member of the SDK Community and has done so much for the site over the past 3 years, and he has already written an apology to the admin team for both his tweets and some of his questionable behavior on Paint itself, and his apology can be read in the link below.

UwuQueen came up with a proposal that both sides have more or less agreed to, but there's just one slight problem: DC's groups.

Precisely 168 hours after a member is terminated, their groups disappear from Paint forever, and given that DC's “DC & Ally Empire” group has (at present) 160 members, and his “Venith” group has (at present) 133 members, this would be a devastating loss for Paint, and one that me (Draconid_Jo), DCTheGamr, and the overwhelming majority of active Paint members would very much like to prevent if at all possible.

AFAIK, if your new 2 week bans were used  back to back for an extended period instead of a permaban, it would allow for DC to carry out the entirety of his (rather harsh) sentence without the loss of his groups, but unfortunately the other admins seem unwilling to make this one minor concession, and so I'm asking you to intervene on behalf of the countless community members who would be adversely impacted by the loss of DC's groups, and to do whatever is necessary to preserve them, and prevent a further escalation of this already tense situation.
