  BORN IN BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA WITH HIS PARENTS - the boy is very active and often played outside by himself. never had he felt alone when playing and usually prefers being all alone.  despite being worried for the boy's behavior, they tried their best to be around him whenever and wherever. both parents were teachers and he was home-schooled. sometimes he'd go to his parents' workplace and watch the other kids learn. one day when he was roaming around the school area, he stumbled upon the music room. he saw his mother's friend teaching the class how to play a few instruments. he secretly watched from the door until a student noticed and motioned him to join them. shyly, he did and soon fell in love with music. just something about being able to play multiple musical instruments and performing sparked something inside of him. he often goes there and learned dancing through the students and teacher there. soon, he was able to do a few variety of dances. thanks to them, the boy aspired to be an idol - performing to his heart's content. when he told his parents about this, he was surprised to see them beaming happily - saying that they were very proud of him. they ushered the boy to hurry and audition in a company so he could be able to fulfill his dreams. he gladly did so and auditioned for happyface entertainment. after a year though, the boy had to leave due to health issues. after recovering, he tried again but this time with pledis entertainment. and here he is today, taking part of project idyllic.

𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:
   an ALOOF, QUIET DEMEANOR is often shown when it comes to the boy. despite looking COLD and DISTANT, he is actually a SOCIALLY AWKWARD boy. the boy is hard to get close to unless someone is too friendly to the point of constantly bothering him. not only that but he has a slight lisp that shines at times whenever he starts getting nervous, so obviously he starts to feel SELF-CONSCIOUS. he is indeed a SENSITIVE SOFTIE and often hides that fact from others to feel more MATURE when in reality, he is just a total dork. plus he's the perfect example of a panicked gay.

  DEOK-SU LIVED A TYPICAL, AVERAGE LIFE AS THE SECOND CHILD OUT OF FOUR SIBLINGS. having an older sister and two little brothers, the house was often lively. there wasn't a time where the kids wouldn't be happily chatting and playing around with each other. the boy's mother had always worked overseas while his father was a florist. the boy often helps his father out at the shop as well. the boy was often labeled as the 'flower boy' of the neighborhood and whenever anyone calls him this, would deny it shyly. one day while watching tv, he saw a live. the group, shinee, was performing on tv. instantly hooked to it, he couldn't tear his eyes from the screen. he soon declared then and there that he would be just like them. when his father knew about this, he immediately shot down the idea - saying the the entertainment world would be nothing more than just a waste of time for him. being the stubborn brat that he was, he secretly auditioned for starship. shockingly, he was accepted and when he told his family - his father was furious. he demanded the boy to leave and deok-su begged him to give him a chance. reluctantly, with the thanks of the siblings, he did so. soon, when he was given the offer to join 'project idyllic', he instantly agreed. this was his chance and he is not going to let this go.

𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:
   he's an ABMIVERT and often shows two different reactions every time. sometimes excited about meeting others and socializing like there is no tomorrow. sometimes stuttering and felt like being solitude. he is also a STUBBORN boy and often feels the need to win a conversation - sometimes acting before thinking as well. other than bribing him with snacks, he won't shut up and is usually very ENERGETIC,BUBBLY and NAIVE. he even sometimes initiates skinships and proudly claims himself as a confident gay.
