- Any% No Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon is a run that means just that: THTD is not allowed to be used at all during the run. This makes for far more interesting strategies. Below is a rough route that I will be taking today in my run:
- - Start with Black Pendant, Malevolent Nuzzler, or Horn of the Unicorn. These 3 are easily the most useful equips that you will very likely not end up with 4 of on accident.
- - Villager 1 will be the farm 1 spot. He drops Pot the Trick and Ancient Jar, along with Mystic Lamp and Fake Trap. I also want to mention Sinister Serpent. I am going to try to put in a few reptiles and Crass Clown/Clown Zombie. It will help me make a few Soul Hunter here and there.
- - Continue through campaign past Bakura (or past Mage Soldier if my deck can handle it). Bakura will be a farm spot for a while. For one, He drops Time Wizard, making him the replacement for the normal Jono 1 farm done in NoTHTD%. Also, he is a literal HAVEN for dark spellcasters. PLUS, Black Pendant AND Invisible Wire (in case of no Fake Trap) drops each at a 32. Both would help a LOT.
- - Mage Soldier A-TEC, and Pegasus A-TEC. A mix between both, with an emphasis on Mage Soldier A-TEC will do. Mage Soldier's A-TEC list, outside of having an amazing chance to drop good magics, has Job-Change Mirror and Embryonic Beast. Yum.
- - High Mage Martis / Meadow Mage SA-POW farm. This is the bulk of the farm, likely. Martis drops a TON of higher level fiends, making that job-change mirror have more fusions. Also, he drops 3 cards that, if I obtain even one of them, will be a HUGE asset to me: Zoa, Ushi Oni, and Soul Hunter. Meadow Mage farming will be sprinkled in rather than being the MAIN focus here. This is for the Dark Magician, Skull Knight and MBDs that will help tremendously.
