Mario Maker Level Design Contest

The first Level Design contest was such a big hit, I want to make this a monthly trend! Let's come up with all sorts of level design ideas and do a new one every month(ish)! Another thing I want to do differently is make sure to announce them well in advance, so people can begin building levels well ahead of time. So, upcoming contest ideas are posted below (dates I’m not 100% sure on, will have to see how many entries I get). Lastly, I am going to allow mario romhack levels (SMB1, SMB3, SMW, YI, SM64, whatever!) as well as Mario Maker levels, so pick your poison! Lastly, I want to offer an additional reward going forward for the best “amateur level” – in other words, a level from someone who isn’t an established creator in the Mario Maker community, to encourage new people to give level making a try!

Design Contest Schedule:
Contest #1: Troll levels, deadline March 10th
Contest #2: Escape the Mansion puzzles, deadline TBD, depends how many entries I get, but it'll be at least a month
	-Doesn't have to be a mansion -- can be escape the airship, spaghetti factory, etc, just some escape theme!
	-Trolling is encouraged

Contest #3: Boss Levels (boss rush, underwater boss, boss chase, level with boss at the end, kaizo boss, puzzle boss, troll boss, it's up to you!)
Contest #4: Story Levels (TELL ME A BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL TALE THROUGH INTERPRETIVE MARIO, can be platforming, kaizo, puzzle, etc)

Contest #infinity: Troll Levels, Revisited (took too long for 1st contest? No problem! Just submit to me when it's ready, and I'll choose a SECOND winner from the next set of troll levels -- kaizos, speedruns, puzzles, whatever you desire)

Future ideas:
“One More” Levels (5-10 minute level, short and creative/fun/funny, make me crave more!)
Contraption/Machine Levels
High Speed Chase Levels
Underwater Kaizo/Troll (master and commander 2.0 let's go)
Misc levels (submit ANYTHING, to get all the stuff that would otherwise fall through the cracks)
Yoshi Gets His Revenge Levels (Yoshi kills YOU)

Prizes (redeemable as gift cards or whatever else you’d like within reason):
Best overall level: $100
Honorable Mention(s): $50
Best amateur level: $50

Guidelines:
- Must only take 15 min to 1 hour to beat, or I'll never play many levels!
- Best is judged by what makes me and the viewers laugh, clap, and scream the most
- In other words, the goal is FUN, if it is not fun I will skip it

How to Submit or Vote on Escape Mansion Puzzles:
Go to https://discord.gg/CarlSagan42 and in channel #level-exchange type ?esc XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX with your level code. This will enter your Escape the Mansion puzzle in the contest!
