Oscar Nominations Pouring In

[Screen starts in black, voice-over by a woman with a slight British accent.]

“Not all of us here are Pacifistic”

[Screen fades in to view of a brawl, one man in a tuxedo (splots of blood visible on it) fighting three men, clearly besting them]

“I don’t always agree with his methods though, but I can’t deny he’s effective”

[Camera cuts to same three thugs, viewpoint being by the tuxedo’d man’s legs, and begins to pan up. Man is dabbing at the blood spots with his handkerchief as the camera fades out before we see his face, and we hear a man speak, voice a mixture of mechanical and human.]

“Evening Sheriff,”

[Camera cuts to a woman in a purple dress and sitting at a desk, cleaning a long rifle, eyes widening in shock as she realizes the (off camera) bearer of the voice.  Camera cuts to outside a building, people walking along the street enjoying their day when it suddenly explodes, sending flaming chunks into the quickly scattering crowd. The woman’s voice is heard again.]

“And right now, we need his type of methods,”

 [The camera starts to cut  between several people now, displaying two Yordles toying around in a laboratory, a punkish girl training with a speed bag, and a seductive redhead with a cocktail shaker. The voice now is a generic movie announcer.]

“This Summer, one man must make a stand against a tyrant,”

[The camera cuts to a handful of scenes displaying chaos, all from the POV of a man carrying a staff with a ruby on the top before cutting to the tuxedo’d man again, panning up to his face, revealing his rugged good looks, 5 o’clock shadow, and black hair with a white streak. The voice speaking now is deep-ish, but with a hint of cheek and charm.]

“The names Bond… Jayce Bond,”

[Cut to several scenes of Jayce. One of him testing a staff-cannon with the Yordles, one of him wrestling the punk-girl, one of him (in the tuxedo) dancing with the redhead, and several of him running/fighting thugs. The shots are intersected with black screens with white subtitles.]
