Mr. Okolo, I Rob Shermer am the mental health manager for JCDC, and I completed the Rapid Response (mental health assessment) *{10-15 mins duration} ordered by Commissioner Tiffany D. Gregg on 4/25/22 on 4/26/22. Commissioner Gregg received our assessment (*basically stating Okolo has ODD - Opposition Defiance Disorder) on that date. Unless Commissioner Gregg orders another rapid response (MH evaluation), the one that I completed and sent to her on 4/26/22 is sufficient. Please refrain from sending sick calls & JPOs regarding obtaining a MH evaluation for Division 50 & Commissioner Gregg. This has already been completed by our office. Thank you.

*FYI - Mental health assessment is court mandated need 30-120 min session w/ Jackson County psychiatrist (doctor) asap expedited don’t have time for this waitlist crap get this done with so I can get released from jail. Been waiting 2 months for this nonsense
