- I am writing this email in regards to an account that has been used illegitimately i have made multiple attempts to close this account and i have voice recordings of multiple interactions of myself trying to close this account and representatives acting as if they dont know anything about the job role they work in. I have been locked out of the account since April 31 2023 and have not used it since. I would like to close the account and have all transactions from the past 3 years sent or emailed to me.

- Tangerine is accessing my transunion account when i called to unlock my account this is the first time they have asked for this kind of personal information
