  1. Chapter 1: Introduction
  2.
  3. >You recently discovered that you like going to abandoned places
  4. >In a way, they're just like you
  5. >They're empty, but in the past they were once full of life
  6. >You didn't bring your razor blade for nothing, though
  7. >The abandoned school was at least far away enough so nopony could hear you scream in pain
  8. ...
  9. >Just as you're about to sink the razor into your leg, you hear someone coming
  10. >Unwilling to confront whoever's there, you hide in the shadows
  11. >It turns out that the other one here is... Anon? The human?
  12. >What was he doing here?
  13. >You have talked to him at least once or twice, but the conversations between the two of you never lasted more than five sentences
  14. >He was wearing his black suit like he always does, but he was carrying a crate full of colored cans
  15. >At this moment you suddenly realize how dead tired you are, and you try your best to keep your yawn as quiet as possible
  16. >Thankfully he doesn't notice
  17. >He takes one of the cans and starts shaking it, then a trail of blue mist comes out of it.
  18. >He moves the can around in the shape of a circle, at least you think he's making a circle. It's too hard to tell when you keep closing your eyes
  19. >This time, you keep your eyes closed for too long, and you quickly fall asleep.
  20. >What you didn't know was that you were still holding onto you razor.
  21. >It drops to the floor and makes a very noticeable sound
  22. ...
  23. >You hear the sound of something hitting the floor
  24. >You look to your left and see a razor blade
  25. >The moonlight reflects off of it as the night shines through the window
  26. >You set your can of spray paint down and you check it out
  27. >It turns out there was a pony watching you, though she had fallen asleep
  28. >Grey coat, black mane with a pink streak, broken heart cutie mark, cuts all over her legs
  29. >You recognized this pony
  30. >Her name was Miss Eri
  31. >What was she doing here?
  32. >Then again, she'd probably say the same to you if she was awake now
  33. >You want to bring her home, but you have no idea where her house actually is, and you don't want to wake her up to ask her
  34. >Upon taking a closer look at the razor blade, you see numbers etched into it
  35. >Could it be her address?
  36. >Only one way to find out
  37. >Being careful not to wake her up, you lift her onto your shoulder
  38. ...
  39. >Ponyville is very quiet at night
  40. >Sure enough, the numbers did lead to her house
  41. >Through the windows, you can see a lot of red stains on the floor
  42. >So much that the whole floor may as well be red
  43. >The door is locked, so you have no choice but to go through the window.
  44. >You go to what you assume to be her room and lay her down on her bed
  45. >Before you leave, you have to take a quick piss
  46. >You walk into the bathroom, and it smells absolutely awful
  47. >It smells like a combination of dried blood and vomit
  48. >Yeah, you don't need to go anymore
  49. >Before you leave, you write a note to Eri explaining that you helped her
  50. >You leave the house, trying not to make too much noise
  51. >Now that that's over and done with, you've got a picture to finish
  52. ...
  53. >It's morning
  54. >You're back home
  55. >Wait a minute...How the fuck did you get back here?
  56. >You remember falling asleep in the school, while hiding from anon
  57. >There's a note on your desk
  58. >"I found you unconscious at the school. It was pretty convenient that you wrote your address on your razor blade of all things, otherwise I'd have to bring you back to my house. ~Anon"
  59. >Anonymous brought you back home
  60. >Why?
  61. >Now that you mention it, did he bring the razor blade back with him?
  62. >No, he didn't. Why the hell would he?
  63. >That was your last one
  64. >Maybe the razor blade is still there
  65. >Unless Anon took it back with him to prevent you from-oh shit did he know what you were going to do?
  66. >You know what you're doing today
  67. >You splash some water on your face before heading out
  68.
  69. Chapter 2: The Artist
  70.
  71. >You were back at the school
  72. >It was overgrown with plants, giving it an odd sense of beauty
  73. >You weren't here to admire the scenery though, you were here to get your razor blade
  74. >What room did you go to again?
  75. >Room 122, there it is
  76. >Yep, the razor was right where you fell asleep
  77. >When you go to pick it up, something distracts you
  78. >The picture on the wall that Anon was making was finished
  79. >You walk over to get a closer look
  80. >It was a giant mechanical clock, and the bottom right corner was filled with the color blue
  81. >"Do you like it?"
  82. >You quickly turn around and see Anon standing in the door frame, holding the same crate of cans from last night
  83. >He comes in and sets the crate down on the floor
  84. >At this moment you just want to grab your razor and run out of the room, but you feel like you're frozen
  85. >"You saw me last night, didn't you?"
  86. >You're afraid
  87. >You're genuinely afraid and you don't know why
  88. >You haven't felt this way in years
  89. ...
  90. >She looked scared out her mind
  91. >Even though you haven't known her long, you never saw her display any emotion other than sadness
  92. >"I..."
  93. >Her voice sounded shaky
  94. >Was she scared of you?
  95. "It's okay, you aren't in trouble." You try to assure her
  96. >"I'm... I'm not?"
  97. "No. Also, you're kind of... Drooling."
  98. >Her expression of fear quickly turned into an expression of embarrassment
  99. >She wipes the drool away with her leg
  100. >You walk over to her and point at the picture
  101. "There's a lot more where this came from. I'm going to be adding something to this place at least once a day."
  102. ...
  103. >The fear is gone, but you feel like you're nailed to the ground
  104. >He's coming here everyday?
  105. >You have to admit, the picture looked nice
  106. >Much better than some of the other art you've seen in places
  107. >Finally, you work up the courage to move
  108. "I think I'll just go home now."
  109. >It took a lot out of you to speak those words
  110. >You go back to where your razor is and you finally pick it up, but before you leave Anon stops you
  111. >"Wait."
  112. "Hm?"
  113. >"Here."
  114. >He gives you an... Air freshener
  115. "Huh?"
  116. >You probably had the dumbest look on your face
  117. >"Put that in your bathroom. That's all I'm telling you."
  118. "Thanks, I guess."
  119. >You leave without saying a word
  120. ...
  121. >She's gone
  122. >You pull out your phone and bring up your reference picture
  123. >Thankfully you can still get human world internet in Equestria
  124. >You set your phone on the chalkboard as you ready a can of red spray paint
  125.
  126. Chapter 3: Love?
  127.
  128. >Anon was right when he told you to put the air freshener in your bathroom
  129. >It doesn't smell like shit anymore, but it's still a mess like the rest of your house
  130. >You remember that he was the one that brought you home when you fell asleep, so he had to have gone in there to know that it smelled like shit
  131. >Why are you even thinking about this?
  132. >It's past midnight, and you've woken up from a nightmare
  133. >You can't remember what the nightmare was, though
  134. >You can't get back to sleep no matter how hard you try
  135. >You kinda want to go back to the school, and you don't know why
  136. >Grabbing your razor blade, you walk out the door
  137. >It's raining, but you're not going to let that stop you
  138. ...
  139. >You make it to the school, and you're soaking wet
  140. >You head to room 122
  141. >The crate that Anon brought in is still on the floor
  142. >This could either mean he forgot it, or he's still here
  143. >You hope that it's the first one
  144. >The second picture is done, and you notice that Anon has added a subtitle to the two pictures
  145. >The first one has "Time" written underneath it
  146. >The new one... You have no idea what it is
  147. >It looks like a black arrow pointing down, and it's surrounded in a broken red circle
  148. >The bottom left is filled in with red, much like the first picture
  149. >The arrow was pointing to the word "Love"
  150. >Love. Something you've been hanging on for a long time
  151. >You even wrote a poem about how much easier it is to hate than it is to love
  152. >Something about it looks off though
  153. >It looks finished, but at the same time it's missing a crucial detail
  154. >You should finish the picture for Anon
  155. >Wait, what? Where did that thought come from?
  156. >It needs more red
  157. ...
  158. >Everything around you is black
  159. >The only thing in front of you is the picture
  160. >Without thinking, you jam the razor into your hoof as hard as you can, hoping to get the most blood out
  161. >You scream in pain
  162. >You cover the rest of your already wet hoof in blood, and you smear it where the circle is broken
  163. >The blood drips down the wall
  164. >"Eri!'
  165. >You snap back to reality and realize what you were doing
  166. >What the hell just happened?
  167. >"Eri! What are you doing?!"
  168. >You turn around and see Anonymous standing right behind you
  169. >He doesn't look angry, but concerned
  170. >"Are you okay?"
  171. >You look at your hoof, still covered in blood
  172. >You need to be honest with him
  173. "No..."
  174. ...
  175. >This mare literally painted the walls with her own blood
  176. "What happened?"
  177. >"I don't know! I was staring at your picture and I started getting all these strange thoughts! I blacked out and... and..."
  178. "Calm down."
  179. >You pull out a piece of dry tissue paper from your pocket.
  180. "Eri, give me your hoof."
  181. >She holds her still blood soaked hoof out to you, and you wrap the tissue around it
  182. "I know it isn't much, but it'll have to do for now."
  183. ...
  184. >You feel so ashamed of yourself
  185. >All you wanted to do was come here
  186. >You don't even know why you wanted to come here in the first place, you just did
  187. >Now you have a human tending to the harm you intentionally gave yourself
  188. >Normally you'd just want it to bleed, but this time feels different.
  189. "I'm sorry for ruining your picture, Anon..."
  190. >You hang your head in shame
  191. >"Ruin it? Honestly, I think it looks better now."
  192. >Your eyes widen in response to this statement
  193. "You do?"
  194. >"Yeah. The blood drops give it a nice effect. How you did it is NOT good though."
  195. "Oh..."
  196. >"Don't worry, you're still not in trouble. If I was making these pictures back in my world, I'd be in VERY big trouble."
  197. >He's doing something he shouldn't be? This is interesting to you, but you're still too ashamed to make eye contact with him
  198. >"Come here."
  199. "What?"
  200. >He hugs you without warning
  201. >You're just standing there dumbfounded by this
  202. >It feels... Great
  203. >Warm, comforting
  204. >Not knowing what to do, you hug him in return
  205. >The loss of blood is making you dizzy
  206. >Anon is probably going to have to bring you home again, isn't he
  207. >Before you pass out, you realize something
  208. >It isn't an arrow. It's a heart.
  209.
  210. Chapter 4: The Aftermath
  211.
  212. >You feel like you've been run over by a train
  213. >Or ten
  214. >What did you do last night?
  215. >All it takes is to look at the red tissue on your hoof for the events of last night to come flooding back to you, but some of it still seems very blurry
  216. >The only part you can completely remember was the embrace with Anon
  217. >You're still not sure why you felt so compelled to "complete" the picture
  218. >You look on your desk to see that Anon has left you another note
  219. >He also remembered to bring back to razor blade this time
  220. >The razor is completely covered in dry blood
  221. >"Eri, I'm still not sure exactly what happened back there. I think it'd be better if you stayed home for today and get some rest. There's going to be a lot more art on the walls when you return. ~Anon"
  222. >Staying home does sound like a good idea
  223. >You hear someone knocking at your door and you go to answer it
  224. >"Hi, Eri!"
  225. >It was one of the ponies you went to school with, but you can't remember her name
  226. >She had a very light pink coat, a tan-ish mane, and blue eyes
  227. "Hey."
  228. >"You wanna come to sugarcube corner and get some free sweets?"
  229. "No. I just wanna stay home for today."
  230. >"You wanna stay home EVERY day."
  231. "This time I actually have a reason."
  232. >"What's that?"
  233. >You show her your hoof, the one covered in a red tissue
  234. >Her energetic mood was quickly faltered
  235. >"Oh... What happened?"
  236. "I don't want to talk about it..."
  237. >You close the door in her face
  238. >"Wait-"
  239. >She tries to say something, but it's too late
  240. >You're not in the mood for this right now
  241. >You just want to sleep
  242. ...
  243. "What the hell got into her?"
  244. >You ask yourself as you gaze at your picture
  245. >The blood drops on the wall have dried up
  246. >You think back to last night
  247. ...
  248. >You decide to look around more of the school, maybe find another room to start a picture in
  249. >There was a second floor that you haven't checked out yet, so you decide to go up there first
  250. >The stairs are made of stone, so thankfully you wouldn't have to worry about them giving away
  251. >Most of the rooms had nothing left in them
  252. >You find room 230
  253. >You could tell that this was a room used for art class because unlike the rest of the rooms, this one still had most of its supplies left
  254. >Even the cabinets used to hold all of the supplies still had resources left in them
  255. >Paint brushes and pieces of paper littered all over the floor
  256. >The next stop is the restrooms because why the fuck not
  257. >Honestly, you didn't know what you expected
  258. >Those toilets definitely weren't working anymore
  259. >You see some writing on the stalls
  260. >Some of them had dates, the most recent one being about a year ago
  261. >You decide to draw a quick picture just for the hell of it
  262. >Just when you finish your picture, you hear a scream downstairs
  263. >You run downstairs right away and you try to find the source of the scream
  264. >You instinctively head to room 122, and you see Eri standing on her hind legs in front of your picture
  265. >She was soaking wet. Most likely from the rain
  266. >Then you see it
  267. >Her right hoof is covered in blood, and she's smearing the blood in the cracks of the circle
  268. ...
  269. >A lot of the work you did today was mostly writing song lyrics on the walls along with a few smaller pictures here and there
  270. >You aren't going to work on the third picture in room 122 for a while, though
  271. >Finishing up the last picture, you pack your stuff up and start heading home
  272. ...
  273. >Night again
  274. >You never thanked Anon for bringing you back home
  275. >And for helping you
  276. >And for the hug
  277. >You've been thinking about the hug all day
  278. >The only place that you want to be right now was in Anon's arms
  279. >...That's something you never thought you'd think
  280. >You'll go to the school tomorrow first thing in the morning
  281. >Hopefully Anon will be there so you'll be able to thank him properly
  282. >The last thing you think of before you fall asleep is the heart of the picture that Anon made
  283.
  284. Chapter 5: Yurasaka
  285. >You actually managed to get a good night sleep
  286. >It's still a little bit dark out, but you might as well get a head start
  287. >you go through the same routine as always, grab your razor and walk out the door
  288. ...
  289. >You notice words sprayed right outside the door
  290. >They say "Welcome home."
  291. >You aren't completely sure what to make of this
  292. >You walk inside and see another word written on the wall. "Goodbye."
  293. >You feel uneasy as you walk into room 122
  294. >The blood on the wall has dried up since the incident
  295. >Anon's crate was nowhere to be found, indicating that he wasn't here yet
  296. >You might as well explore
  297. >Maybe you'll find some more pictures
  298. >You decide to go upstairs
  299. >More words written on the walls
  300. >Most of them are words you never heard of
  301. >One of them catches your eye
  302. "Yurasaka?"
  303. >You say the word out loud
  304. >What kind of word is that? What does it even mean?
  305. >Wait a minute...
  306. >You take a closer look at the word
  307. >Oh
  308. >You decide to move on
  309. >You find a picture of a basic human figure, but it's broken up in some places, and it looks like the body is made up of a bunch of newspaper articles
  310. >The word "Loner" is written underneath it
  311. ...
  312. >You head back to room 122
  313. >Anon still wasn't here yet
  314. >You decide to wait
  315. >...And wait
  316. ...
  317. >Seriously, it's been an hour and he still isn't here yet
  318. >You should have talked to him about meeting up
  319. >Coming here was a waste of time
  320. >As long as you're still here, you might as well leave a very small note for Anon
  321. >You use your razor to carve letters into the wood of the desk
  322. >You even carve your own cutie mark into it
  323. >You've spent enough time in here for one day, it's time to head home
  324. >Plus, you need to take a shower
  325. >You need to be ready for tomorrow
  326. ...
  327. >You set your crate down and you notice something etched into one of the desks
  328. >It was the same cutie mark that Eri has, and there was a message next to it
  329. >"Meet me here tomorrow at 10 in the morning, I need to tell you something. ~Eri"
  330. >She's going to open herself up to you? This should be interesting.
  331. >Might as well get the room prepared for the occasion
  332. >This is going to be a pain in the ass, however
  333. >You put on the safety goggles you brought for this picture specifically and start painting the ceiling
  334. ...
  335. >Your hoof is still wrapped up in the tissue paper
  336. >You have to take it off, otherwise it'll just fall apart in the shower
  337. >Slowly, you remove the tissue
  338. >That doesn't smell good
  339. >The air freshener that Anon gave you made you realize how awful you actually smelled without knowing it, whereas before you couldn't tell the difference
  340. >Your hoof is all hard and sticky
  341. >Damn, that cut is deep
  342. >Out of all the times you've done that to yourself, you've never gone THIS far
  343. ...
  344. >You have to admit, taking a shower did leave you feeling much better
  345. >It made you feel like you could take on anything before you remember that you can't do shit
  346. >You get a clean tissue and wrap it around your hoof
  347. >Now that you think about it the fact that you don't even have any bandages in your house is pretty fucking stupid
  348. >Was this really how you live?
  349. >You shouldn't dwell on it for too long, maybe you'll get some bandages from the store or something after your meeting with Anon
  350. >You need to get to sleep, Anon doesn't need to carry you back home for a third time
  351.
  352. Chapter 6: Do It For Her
  353.
  354. >Morning
  355. >You know the drill
  356. >Wake up
  357. >Grab your razor
  358. >Go out
  359. >Fuck, why are you so nervous?
  360. >Calm down, Eri. Today's the day that you tell Anon that you lo-
  361. >...Are very thankful for all that he's done for you
  362. >You're just going to thank him and then leave
  363. ...
  364. "Through space and time?"
  365. >Words written above the door to room 122
  366. >"Well if I had to guess the way I wound up here, then yes."
  367. >Anon was here
  368. >"Hey Eri, look up." He says to you as you walk in
  369. "Look up? What are you- HOLY SHIT!"
  370. >There's some sort of lifeless empty face... Thing right above you, and it's mouth has fire inside of it
  371. >It looks like it wants to eat you
  372. >Without thinking, you hide under one of the desks in fear
  373. >Then you realize that it's only one of Anon's pictures
  374. >Anon is laughing at what just happened
  375. >That was so embarrassing
  376. >You chuckle nervously as you get out from under the desk
  377. >You're undoubtedly blushing right now
  378. >"You said you needed to tell me something?"
  379. >Okay, your horrific incident of terror is over, time to get to the point
  380. "Yes."
  381. >You take a deep breath as you get ready
  382. "I wanted to thank you."
  383. >"For what?"
  384. "For helping me a few days back."
  385. >You point to the heart on the wall
  386. "One of the reasons I keep coming back here is because I love youR ART!"
  387. >FUCK! You realize what you were going to say and you try to save it, but Anon doesn't look like he bought it
  388. >"What?"
  389. >He looks confused
  390. >Shit, if you weren't blushing before you definitely are now
  391. >You need to get out of here before he questions you
  392. >Your voice gets faster as you slowly start backing out of the room
  393. "Y-yeah! Your art is amazing! I need to get going now because I need to get some bandages because my house doesn't have any in it right now I'll come back tomorrow bye!"
  394. >Once you finally get out of the room you make a run for the exit
  395. >That was a close one
  396. >You abandon your plan of going to the store, you're heading straight home
  397. ...
  398. >You're standing in the middle of the room, absolutely confused as to what just happened
  399. >Was Eri really about to tell you that she loved you?
  400. >It feels like forever as you try to think of what to make of this
  401. >You look at your crate, and make your decision
  402. >...You aren't doing this for fun anymore
  403. >You're doing it for her
  404. >"Um, excuse me."
  405. >Your eyes return to the doorway
  406. >A pony you haven't met before
  407. >Light pink coat, tan mane, blue eyes
  408. >Her cutie mark looks like a screwdriver and a hammer
  409. >"Are you a friend of Eri?"
  410. "Yes. Are you?"
  411. >You're not going to tell this pony about what just happened back there
  412. >"Yeah. I saw her running from here and I thought I'd investigate. Do you know what she was running from?"
  413. "The picture above you."
  414. >"Picture?"
  415. >She looks at the ceiling
  416. >"Wow. Did you make that?"
  417. "Yep. And you see those paintings on the walls over there?"
  418. >You point to the heart and clock
  419. "I made those, too."
  420. >She looks stunned
  421. >"Really?"
  422. "Really."
  423. >"What's your name?"
  424. "Anonymous. What about you?"
  425. >"What's with the blood on the 'love' picture?"
  426. >She avoids your question
  427. "Eri did that."
  428. >"She did?"
  429. "Yeah. She didn't even know what she was doing either. I heard a scream and I came down here to see what it was, when I get in here I saw Eri standing in front of the picture on her hind legs, and her right hoof was covered in blood and she was smearing it in the broken spots of the circle."
  430. >She's silent for a whole minute as she tries to process what you just said
  431. >"I guess that explains why she had her hoof wrapped up..."
  432. "You talked to her the day after?"
  433. >"Yeah. She didn't want to talk about it and wanted to stay home."
  434. "I was the one who told her to stay home that day."
  435. >"She must really trust you to listen to what you said."
  436. "Can I ask you something?"
  437. >"What is it?"
  438. "Are you good with power tools?"
  439. >"Yes, why?"
  440. "I have something special planned for her the next time she comes here."
  441. >You ask her one more question
  442. "Do you have an electric saw at home?"
  443. >"Yeah, I think so."
  444. "Good. We'll need it."
  445. ...
  446. >You never did get her name
  447. >That isn't important right now
  448. >You place the plastic over the hole in the wall and you nail the four corners of it to the wall
  449. >Time to work on the third picture
  450.
  451. Chapter 7: One Good Reason
  452.
  453. >You can't sleep
  454. >You can't stop thinking about Anon
  455. >He knows
  456. >But how does he feel?
  457. >You're afraid to go back to the school
  458. >After all he's done for you you're too much of a coward to tell him what you think of him
  459. >He hasn't even done much for you in the first place, what the fuck are you talking about?
  460. >You try to think back to where these feelings started
  461. >The second night
  462. >His embrace
  463. >His welcoming embrace
  464. >That was where your feelings began
  465. >He tended to your wound
  466. >And the fucking air freshener
  467. >That single air freshener made you realize just how awful you were living
  468. >In only a few days he has unknowingly improved your life more than anypony else could even if they tried
  469. >...No more moping around. You know what you have to do.
  470. >You walk out the door so quickly that you don't even grab your razor
  471. ...
  472. >You've been spending all day trying to get this set up
  473. >From getting a pony you don't even know the name of cut a giant hole in the wall to setting up dozens of green colored lights behind the picture you put up over the hole to get the right place you wanted the picture to light up in, this has been a hell of a day
  474. >Does it work?
  475. >You go to room 124, the room right next to 122, and switch on the lights
  476. "Yes!"
  477. >Right when you're about to start packing up, you look out a window and see Eri in the distance
  478. >What you were going to show her in the morning has turned into a surprise gift
  479. >You switch the lights back off and you hide your crate
  480. ...
  481. >You stop at the entrance
  482. >You know you don't have to do this, you can just turn around and go home
  483. >But your home is right in front of you
  484. "Welcome home..."
  485. >Yurasaka, Eri. Yurasaka.
  486. >You're shaking
  487. >Is it because you're cold, or are you afraid?
  488. >You can't tell which
  489. >Working up as much willpower as you can, you walk through the door
  490. "Anon?"
  491. >Your voice echoes throughout the building
  492. >You once thought you understood how it felt to be alone, but the absolute silence of the night made you realize you never had a clue
  493. >Instinctively, you head to room 122
  494. >The third picture is up
  495. "Dreams."
  496. >It looked like 'Time' except the clock aspect was missing
  497. >The top right was filled with the color green, and the rest of the picture was made up of what looked like to be a bird spreading its wings
  498. >Time
  499. >Love
  500. >Dreams
  501. >Death
  502. >Death?
  503. >Why death?
  504. >How did death cross your mind?
  505. >Before you could consider the idea that you're going to lose it again, the bird begins to glow
  506. >You stare at the picture for what feels like an eon
  507. >Were you hallucinating?
  508. >You raise your hoof where the picture is glowing, and it gets bathed in the light
  509. >This isn't a hallucination?
  510. >How was this possible?
  511. >"Beautiful, isn't it?"
  512. >A familiar voice snaps you from your trance
  513. >And it's right next to you
  514. "Anon?"
  515. >"I did this for you."
  516. "You did?"
  517. >"It took me all day. I was just about to leave before I saw you coming."
  518. >He worked his ass off all day to finish this
  519. >And he did it all for you
  520. "Why?"
  521. >"Take a guess."
  522. >He cared
  523. >He actually cared for a mess of a pony like you
  524. >You shed a single tear without knowing
  525. "Because..."
  526. ...
  527. >She looks like she's going to break down
  528. >Her voice sounds like she's trying to hold back the rest of her tears as hard as she could
  529. >"You... Love me..." Her voice gets quiet as she speaks the last two words
  530. >In the blink of an eye, she wraps her arms around you.You do the same for her
  531. >Honestly, seeing her like this was starting to make you tear up a bit too
  532. "You're right." You say to her.
  533. ...
  534. "I LOVE YOU TOO!"
  535. >Those were the only words you could speak through your tears
  536. >The same feelings from the night before are present
  537. >Warm
  538. >Welcoming
  539. >Accepting
  540. >You're like a child in your mother's arms
  541. >You're in the only place you want to be
  542. >Though you know that it ends eventually
  543. >The two of you eventually fall asleep in each other's arms
  544. >At that moment, you felt yourself slipping away into someone who could understand and be your only friend
  545.
  546. Epilogue
  547.
  548. >You wake up in Anon's arms
  549. >Maybe you could stay asleep for a bit longer
  550. >Or forever
  551. >As long as you're in his arms, you'll be happy
  552. "I love you, Anon. Thank you."
  553. >You close your eyes as you go back to sleep
  554. ...
  555. >It's been a few months
  556. >You and Anon are in a stable relationship
  557. >The school has been torn down since, but thankfully the two of you were able to get the pictures out of the building before the incident
  558. >It's a shame, the place really was like a second home.
  559. >You have learned something from the whole experience
  560. >Sometimes, life can seem so monochrome
  561. >You just need to believe in the colors that surround your life.
  562. END
