Shabin - M12S raidplans

THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A COMPENDIUM OF THE STRATS FOR A SPECIFIC FIGHT THAT I THINK IT'S THE BEST FOR MY GROUP AND THAT I ALSO THINK PF COULD BENEFIT FROM USING.

some of this is my group's home cooking, most is strats that already existed, HUGE props to the respective creators of these strats, as well as the people that translated world racers strats to raidplans and all the 9th mans that cooked hard this tier, y'all are the goats.

Took a while but finally added the blackhole raidplan, yes it's straight from the other bin, I don't care whichever bin ends in PF because they're fairly similar, but damn am I glad a lot of people enjoyed DN strats because their 9th cooked hard!

obs: these slides aren't a strat, just a way to visualize clones cleaves during idyllic blackhole/platforms

CREDITS:

HUGE credits to Izanaghi, team DN, toxic friends and the creator of both the strat and raidplan for black hole, for both cooking most of these strats and/or making the raidplans, honestly I barely changed anything other than small uptime optimizations.

CHANGELOG:
01/09 -
created

01/10 -
I know I said I wouldn't change anything but I was convinced TF is just better for act 1, this is their full raidplan: https://raidplan.io/plan/44JJjqZ6Mcgaxnnn
Further pushed toxic friends because it's either better or way too similar to bother having 2 strats going around, the ONLY thing I'd change in p1 specifically is Mortal Slayer.
Minor change on defa prio to make more sense, changes are noted in the raidplan.

01/12 -
Sorry for taking too long but the black hole raidplan is finally there, all credits to whoever made it (I don't exactly know who did it)
