SPARTAN-IV recruits are drawn from experienced personnel in every branch of UNSC service, selecting individuals voluntarily who possessed exceptional willpower, focus, and bravery, while also meeting the precise physiological requirements for the cybernetic and biological augmentation procedures. Joining the Spartan branch is an honor, a privilege, and a heavy burden: even the most battle-hardened veteran is rarely prepared for the intensity and tempo of missions expected of elite super-soldier cadres.
