  1. Zhyr Capture Plans:
  2. Main Plan: Have an agent skilled in Close Quarters combat attack a Zhyr with the stun rod, and have others distract it as they do. The idea is to sap the Zhyr's strength enough to be able to capture it. Once it is captured, repeated shocks with the rod are to be induced to keep it weak and restrained. If Graham is on said mission, use of his stun rifle is possible to keep it from moving. This is not to be attempted on any Zhyr that seems proficient in close quarters combat, such as the Subduer. Recommended target for such a attack would be a Suppressor, due to it's inability to evade while firing. If the Stun Rod is unavailable or the only available target is a Subduer or another close combat Zhyr, an alternate plan is to be used. The manacles and Foot-cuffs detailed in the alternate plan should be employed as well.

  4. Alternate Plan: Manacles and Feet-cuffs are to be made, constructed as strongly as possible to try and prevent the Zhyr from breaking them. One person is to be given an explosive if possible, as the effectiveness of grenades on Zhyrs have been proven. The idea is to attempt to knock the Zhyr out with the force of the blast, and then restrain it before it can get up. It is recommended to have multiple people nearby to assist with the implementation of the restraints.

  6. In the case of either plan, additional restraints inside a reinforced truck trailer is recommended if possible as well for discreet transport. It is unknown if drugs can affect Zhyrs, but if they can large amounts of tranquilizers should be employed to keep the Zhyrs docile during transport. During transport multiple guards should be on hand to terminate the Zhyr if it manages to break it's restraints in order to minimize risk.
