Mastered Ultra-Instinct Goku

Stats: (Idfk)
Pros: Good damage dealer, Best in close ranged combat, Skilled dodger.
Cons: High energy costing moveset, Stamina drain on passive, High drawbacks on transformation end (After 5 minutes Goku reverts and is unable to use moves or fly for about 2 minutes)

S: Instinctive Dodge - A toggle passive that allows Goku to clear his mind in battle, making his body move on its own. He cannot use moves in this state except his 1, but he reflexes behind attackers at the cost of 20 stamina. 5 second toggle CD.
OR
Passive: Instinctive Dodge: Goku's mind is completely clear during battle, making his body move on its own and giving him increased reflexes as long as he is standing completely still, he uses up 20 stamina with every reflex however.

1: Kamehameha (Type: Beam) - Same as all the others. Turns into Sliding Kamehameha during Instinctive Dodge. 5 second CD.
+1: Sliding Kamehameha (Type: Counterattack) - When pressed, makes Goku charge a Kamehameha (can still move), if he is hit within 3 seconds, he then reflexes the attack and blasts the enemy from above with the Kamehameha wave. 10 second CD (after firing the Kamehameha or the 3 secs are up)

2: Silver Dragon Flash (Type: Target)  - Goku disappears in the blink of an eye before landing a solid punch on the enemy, sending them flying backwards. 10 second CD.

3: Meteor Combination (Type: Dash) - Basically Goku's Meteor Combination but with a hard to see dash icon. 10 second CD.

4: Soaring Fist (Type: Melee) - 3 tile range. Goku delivers a powerful shockwave from his fist, 5 second CD.
OR: Turns Goku's melee into ranged shockwaves for 10 seconds, 20 second CD.

5: Backflip (Type: Evasion) - Flips backwards (preferably in an arc) at the cost of some stamina, gaining invulnerability frames. 10 second CD.
