- This mod only works with en-US copies through Steam. You cannot play whatsoever on Windows 11.

- Yes, you can. For some reason, you can't download the files on Windows 11, but if you have Windows 10, you can download the files there and transfer them via USB or other methods to your Windows 11. It runs perfectly fine then.
