On keyboard and mouse I found a scheme that works very well for casters and it gives you a bit more control and precision overall

walk = lalt
run/roll = shift & M5
jump = space
crouch = c

switch spell = mwheel up
switch item = mwheel down
switch lhand = tab
switch rhand = q

RHand attack = m1
LHand attack = m2
Strong attack = M4
Lock-On = M3
Even ACtion = F
Use item = R
Skill = e

ahk keys
Quick pouch 1 (HP flask) = 1
Quick pouch 2 (FP flask) = 2
Quick pouch 3 (Physick) = 3
Quick pouch 4 (Torrent) = lctrl
