ジンギスカンの作り方を教えてください！
Please teach us how to make jingisukan!
まずは肉だ！マトンやラム生肉と冷凍などいろいろあるが好きなものを選べ！
First off is meat! There's fresh or frozen lamb or mutton, so pick what you like!

味付けは焼いてからタレをつける方法と肉をあらかじめタレに付け込んでいるものがある！
Seasoning can be done with sauce during cooking or with marinated meat!
味も醤油ベース意外に味噌や塩もあるぞ！
Other than a soy sauce base, miso or sauce can be used!

焼き方は外周に野菜を並べて　水が出るもやしは高いところに敷く　肉は頂上で焼くんだ
You cook it with vegetables on the outside, with bean sprouts spread up higher, as they release water. Meat is cooked at the very top.

高所から流れ落ちる肉汁とタレもやしの水分で野菜を調理する…
The juices and sauce from the top mix with the water from the bean sprouts, which cooks the vegatables...
