TÉRMINOS DE SERVICIO Y POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD

1. NATURALEZA NO CUSTODIA DEL SERVICIO
Dalas Wallet es una interfaz de software "non-custodial" (sin custodia). Esto significa que:
• Usted tiene el control total y exclusivo de sus claves privadas y frases de recuperación.
• Dalas Wallet NO tiene acceso, ni almacena, ni puede recuperar sus claves privadas, contraseñas o fondos.
• Si usted pierde el acceso a su frase de recuperación, sus fondos se perderán permanentemente. Dalas Wallet no puede revertir transacciones ni recuperar cuentas.

2. PRIVACIDAD Y DATOS LOCALES
• No recopilamos datos personales: La aplicación no requiere registro con email ni teléfono para sus funciones básicas de billetera.
• Almacenamiento Local: Todas las claves, historiales y configuraciones se almacenan encriptadas exclusivamente en su dispositivo (usando almacenamiento seguro del sistema operativo).
• API Keys: Las claves de API de terceros (como Jupiter o Pinata) que usted introduce se guardan localmente y solo se utilizan para autenticar sus peticiones directas a esos servicios.
• KYC de terceros: Dalas Wallet NO almacena sus datos de KYC. Toda la política de privacidad de los proveedores tiene su propia política de privacidad que deberá leer y es totalmente opcional si decide usarlo. Dalas Wallet NO gestiona su KYC y es sólo un intermediario con los servicios de offramp/onramp.

3. SERVICIOS DE TERCEROS E INTERACCIONES
Dalas Wallet actúa como un agregador de interfaces. Al utilizar ciertas funciones, usted interactúa directamente con proveedores externos:
• Precios y trades: Proveídos por Jupiter Aggregator.
• Datos de Mercado: Indexadores de la red Solana.
• Protección MEV: Servicios de Jito Labs (Block Engine).
• Metadatos e Imágenes: Servicios IPFS (como Pinata).
• Pasarela Fiat (Compra/Venta): Proveída por CryptoPocket (con sus propias comisiones de servicio definidas en la quotation).

Dalas Wallet no controla, ni garantiza, ni asume responsabilidad por el funcionamiento, disponibilidad o solvencia de estos terceros. Al usar la pasarela Fiat, usted está contratando directamente con la entidad regulada CryptoPocket bajo sus propios términos de cumplimiento (KYC/AML).

4. COMISIONES (FEES)
• Tarifa de Plataforma: Se aplica una comisión automática del 0.69% en los intercambios (swaps) realizados a través de la interfaz.
• Tarifas de Red (Gas): Todas las transacciones en la blockchain de Solana requieren el pago de una tarifa de red (en SOL) a los validadores. Esta tarifa es dinámica y ajena a Dalas Wallet.
• Priority Fees & Jito Tips: El usuario puede optar voluntariamente por pagar tarifas adicionales ("Propinas" o "Priority Fees") para acelerar transacciones o protegerse contra ataques MEV. Estos pagos son finales y no reembolsables, incluso si la transacción falla por condiciones de la red.

5. EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
El software se proporciona "tal cual" (as-is), sin garantía de ningún tipo. El usuario reconoce y acepta que:
• El uso de criptoactivos conlleva un alto riesgo financiero.
• Es el único responsable de verificar las direcciones de envío y la seguridad de su dispositivo.
• Dalas Wallet no se hace responsable de pérdidas derivadas de: errores del usuario, fallos de la red Solana, hacks a su dispositivo, pérdida de claves privadas, o insolvencia de protocolos DeFi terceros. Todas las claves secretas están encriptadas en SU dispositivo.
