	Elvia Gutierrez-Lee was born in Mexico City, Mexico to a Mexican father and a Korean mother, both of whom were of the werewolf species. Sadly for Elvia, her father died only months after her birth because of an incident in which a witch had tried to rob the family. When the witch had been unable to make it out of the house with any belongings, she grabbed the closest thing to her which happened to be Elvia. Her father was instantly set off, the urge to protect his youngest overpowering common sense, and he attacked the witch. In the end, Elvia's father was successful in getting his child back but the witch had struck back, killing him before fleeing the scene. Because of her age, Elvia, along with her three-year-old brother, never had the opportunity to properly form memories of him, unlike their older sister. Due to that incident, the tension between the family rose because both her sister and mother blame her for her father's death despite her having only been a baby.
	When Elvia reached the age of 8, her mother decided to move the family to her home country, South Korea. They settled in Busan where her mother's family resided. It wasn't much of a surprise when the way Elvia was treated by her mother and sister remained the same despite their move. She wasn't treated as a family member by them. Instead, she was treated as nothing more than an outsider in the family, the pack. They demanded her to do countless, awful things for them as if she were their slave. The only one who treated her kindly was her older brother, Julian. It wasn't uncommon for her brother and her to fall asleep at each other's side on the days he'd help to clean her up from whatever their sister and mother put her through. Those days happened far too often. To make matters worse, her mother enrolled her in a public school where various species attended. While her siblings attended a private school that would help to ensure their safety from discrimination, Elvia faced it every single day and would more often than not return home with bruises and scratches. The small girl had become a target of the bullying of her peers both because of her small frame and her species.
	Elvia's mother remarried 3 years after their move to South Korea to a werewolf by the name of Kim Dojoon. The 11-year-old was understandably cautious of strangers because of what she'd been through but the man had noticed she was far too cautious for a child. When he tried to approach her about this, the 14-year-old Julian was there to stop him out of his protectiveness over Elvia but when their step-father assured he had nothing but good intentions, Julian finally let up. It was difficult for Dojoon to get Elvia to open up. She was cautious and untrusting of him and clung to Julian whenever he tried to reach out to her. Although, months later, Elvia finally opened up to the kind man and revealed her thoughts and feelings when she experienced her first shift since he had been there along with her brother to help her through it.
	The next 4 years were a huge change for Elvia. The abuse she suffered through at home was almost completely stopped since she now had her step-father there to defend her. The bullying at school didn't stop for 2 years until she had a huge growth spurt and ended up taller than all of the people who bullied her. Another major change for the Asian-Hispanic was that she unlocked a hidden part of her personality; her happy, bubbly, goofy side. She learned what it felt like to feel happiness, what it was like to laugh, to joke, to genuinely smile. To this day, Elvia swears up and down those were the best moments of her life. Although, this side of her personality was only shown to two people: her brother and step-dad. Otherwise, she kept up a cold, emotionless exterior.
	That same year, 15-year-old Elvia gained a new family member, her younger half-brother, Taehyuk. She instantly fell in love with her adorable sibling and it was obvious to anyone that the duo had a deep connection seeing as she spent every moment she could with the baby and the baby would sulk whenever she wasn't paying attention to him. This brother-sister bond didn't falter as they got older and still remains strong to this day despite her departure to Seoul whenever she turned 17.
	When Elvia's step-dad presented her with an opportunity to leave Busan and get away from her sister and mother, she snatched it up. Since he was a director, he was aware of most of the happenings within entertainment companies. When he heard about Cube Entertainment holding auditions, he immediately signed Elvia up for a private audition, knowing she'd agree as soon as he asked her and that she had the talent. She did more than just agree, she started packing instantly with the intentions of staying with Julian while she was in Seoul for the audition, and maybe even after, since that's where he attended uni. It was safe to say that Elvia was excited to have a chance to actually do something for herself and to be able to see her brother again.
	The audition took place without any flaws and it wasn't long before Elvia received the news that she was accepted as part of Cube Entertainment's training program. A full year and nine months passed by with her successfully training under Cube Entertainment. At 19 years old, she was informed of a new project, a project that supposedly going to help show that people of different species could work together and coexist. Although she was heavily against the idea, she didn't voice her thoughts and went along with it. That typical Elvia behavior was what landed her in a new trainee program with six other girls of various species and a never-ending migraine.

—personality:
	Elvia is not a conversationalist. In fact, she hates talking to anybody she doesn't approach first. Although, she is not a quiet person. She has a naturally loud voice and it's impossible to not listen to her when she speaks. The problem with that though is that the majority of the time she actually speaks is just her spewing sarcasm, insults, and not-so-constructive criticism. Elvia is not an emotionless person and this is proven by the taunting, arrogant smirk that is more often than not painted across her lips. Her primary reasons for not speaking often include her thick Mexican accent, her inability to say anything nice without choking or stuttering on her words, and the fact that she's actually extremely shy.
	Upon first meeting Elvia, she seems cold and unapproachable. Those things are both totally true but, underneath that facade, she's actually kind and shy. Since she spent the majority of her childhood with negative interactions with other people, she's very cautious when it comes to meeting strangers. Her defense mechanism? Acting as if she's some badass who's cold, arrogant, and sports a superiority complex. Judging by the number of people that have avoided her, this little mechanism works perfectly. Although she purposely makes people distance themselves from her, she truthfully really just wants someone to talk to, someone she can get close to and rely on since neither her brother or step-father can be there.
 	Elvia is truly a kind, curious girl with a bad case of shyness. She is always watching everyone as they interact from the sidelines. She'd love to involve herself with them but she has no clue how to without saying something that could insult them. She stutters badly whenever she tries to approach someone in her natural, kind manner so she doesn't like doing so because she thinks it's embarrassing and she doesn't want people to laugh at her. It's a struggle for her. It's her natural instincts to be involved with the people around her, specifically her group members since she immediately associates them as her pack. Despite her reserved behavior, she is extremely protective of her group members and is always the first to defend them against any and everything. She does not and will not tolerate other people harming them in any way, whether it be emotionally or physically. She will go to any lengths to make sure her group members are treated the way they deserve and always puts them before herself, often sacrificing her well-being as well as simple luxuries so that they may have those comforts for themselves.
	As with the majority of werewolves, Elvia is short-tempered. It's a temper that everyone who has ever met her is well aware of since she doesn't try to hide it. She doesn't hesitate to go off whenever she feels that spark of anger or annoyance. Of course, she is aware of this temper and she does try to suppress it so as to avoid an accidental shift and risking the safety of the people around her. It's often that she becomes snappy and on edge whenever her group members are acting up around her, which is a sign she's trying to hold back her annoyance and that they need to calm the fuck down before she scolds them. After so many years, Elvia is a pro at hiding her true persona and at holding back her anger.
	Another hidden aspect of Elvia is the fact that she's perhaps the touchiest and most clingy person to ever exist. It kills her that she's too shy to approach her group members properly since that also means she has to try and refrain from randomly hugging them or holding onto their jacket or shirt. It's another struggle brought on by her instincts. Since she considers the six other girls as her pack, she wants nothing more than to be close to them physically and emotionally. She is far more cuddly than she looks and even has a teddy bear that she sleeps with; she hides it under her bed or her mattress so the girls don't find out and ultimately ruin her image. Although, if she had the opportunity, she wouldn't hesitate to crawl next to one of her group members and cuddle with them. Despite all of this, she will tense up and flinch or veer away from anyone who tries to touch her without her permission or without her making physical contact with them first.
	Elvia is a huge softie underneath the blank stare and bitter smirk. She is a sucker for puppy dog eyes and she absolutely cannot say no whenever someone looks at her with those eyes, whether she has an image to maintain or not. She loves, loves, LOVES children and literally melts whenever she sees one. She becomes a completely different person when she's handling a child, giving nothing but smiles and sweet words that'll have everyone who knows her frozen in shock. She also softens up whenever someone close to her is sick, injured, or just not feeling well. Her instincts kick in and she constantly tries to take care of them and dote on them, going so far to the point she is always hovering around them to make sure they don't somehow just drop dead.

	[ PROTECTIVENESS ] She's super overprotective both because of her species and the fact that that's just how she is. She literally becomes the scariest person whenever she feels as if her "pack" members are being insulted or threatened in any way, shape, or form.
	[ SHORT TEMPER ] Werewolves are notorious for their tempers and Elvia is a prime example of that.
	[ SELENOPHOBIA / LUNAPHOBIA / REMAPHOBIA ] It's a common thing in the werewolf community to be scared of the full moon because that's when they have less control over themselves and their shift. For Elvia, she isn't exactly terrified of the full moon but she gets really antsy and anxious during the week the full moon falls on. She's gotten pretty good at controlling herself and finding an anchor, someone or something that she can think about that will keep her in control, whenever the full moon comes around but she still locks herself in her room and avoids everyone just in case.

	[ CANNOT SIT STILL ] She literally cannot sit still. Most people rule it off as a case of ADD but that's not the case. She just always has to be moving, even if only slightly. Whether it be drumming her fingers on her thigh or bouncing her leg, she is never truly sitting still.
	[ CLINGS / HOLDS ON TO THINGS ] If she's "sitting still", she has to hold or grip onto something. In the car, she holds her seatbelt while, on her bed, she grips the blanket. If she's just "standing still", she crosses her arms and grip onto her sleeves. This habit is a result of the days spent at her brother's side and her clinging onto him.
	[ HUMMING ] Whenever she's focused on something or lost in her thoughts, she just subconsciously starts humming to herself. She has never realized this since everyone is too nervous to see what would happen if they pointed it out.

	[ DRAWING ] Since she's so bad with words, she uses drawing to express how she feels and to express all the things she wanted to say or do but didn't because she was too scared.
	[ READING ] She does not look like a reading type of person but she absolutely loves to read. She enjoys losing herself in the story and reading about a life entirely different from the one she lives.

	- Although she hates anything to do with exercising and sports, she is amazing at both. She is naturally athletic and is scarily good at every sport she's ever tried to play.
	- She is weak when it comes to anyone who is particularly cute and will become extremely doting towards the person. She also is weak for cute items and animals and has to refrain from buying every single one that she sees.
	- She is well acquainted with "la chancla" which is why she has a dislike for sandals of any sort. Although, her favorite method of scolding is indeed the sandal.
	- She loves homemade meals and subtly tries to encourage her group members to agree to just making a meal instead of going out to eat. She'll even offer to make the meal herself as long as it means it's homecooked.
	- Despite being half-Hispanic, she hates both churros and tacos but she loves tamales and elote.

	When she is on camera and on stage, Elvia doesn't change all that much. She does start being a bit more talkative and interactive with her group members and their fans. On stage, she has no way to avoid the cameras so she just tries to her best to give them the footage or photos they want. She is very intense and passionate when she's performing, a huge contrast to her normal persona that has made her known as the uninteresting member of the group. The effort she put forth during her training and during rehearsals is showcased clearly in her precise, well-practiced yet often suggestive dance moves as well as her amazing vocals.

	When she is on camera and offstage, she goes back to her normal, "uninteresting self. She maintains her talkative and interactive behavior but it is lessened considerably from when she's on stage. She tries to avoid the cameras as much as possible but that doesn't always work out for her and she finds herself being dragged into answering questions and plastering on a smile for her fans.

	Yes, she has, both directly and indirectly. She was bullied in school for many reasons, the most prominent being her species, until she was 13 years old and hit a growth spurt that made her taller than her bullies. The death of her father may also be considered as abuse because of her species though indirectly.

—thoughts on the looming threat of war:
	Elvia honestly hates the fact that everyone does nothing but fight over which species is better. Yes, there are some species that are better at certain things but that's because that's what they're made to be like. No, they shouldn't act like they're the greatest thing to ever exist because Elvia can assure you that they are not. She truthfully tries to avoid any topics or questions pertaining to the war that is bound to happen at this rate but she will gladly give her two cents if she's dragged into the conversation or cornered into answering. To sum it up, she thinks it's stupid and childish that everyone is fighting because of their species.

—thoughts on Rize:
	Elvia doesn't like the fact that she was forced to join the group as the werewolf "representative". She sees the pros and cons of the group but she personally feels as if it won't work out the way everyone wants it to since you can never expect anything good coming out of forcing seven different people of seven different species together. Though, she does try to remain optimistic and hopes that her contribution to the group can at least urge her species to stay out of the war if it commences.

—thoughts on the other members:
	Elvia doesn't hate her group members given that she considers girls as her pack since they're the closest thing she has to one after she moved to Seoul to audition. She isn't as involved in the group as the others but, if you watch carefully, it's clear that she wants to join them and get along with them all. She doesn't exactly have any problems with her group members but she is not comfortable being around the witch since a witch is what killed her father and tore her family, and ultimately her life, apart. She is the most cautious of her and avoids her like the plague as much as possible.


[ BECAUSE OF U ]

—requested scenes:
	- The witch notices Elvia avoids her, more distant with her than she is with the other girls. She confronts her about this while they're all gathered together, maybe for dinner or just lazing around in living area, and Elvia tries to get out of answering her questions but a few other group members pipe in, voicing that they had observed the same thing. Elvia eventually just bursts, having grown frustrated and annoyed at nonstop questions and urging, and tells them all that she feels uncomfortable around witches because her father was killed by a witch.
	- The maknae gives a suggestion for something during a discussion but a few of the older girls start mocking her and ultimately just ignore her. She keeps trying persistently to speak louder to explain and make them understand and agree to her suggestion but they keep talking over her and ignore her. Elvia takes notice of her suggestion immediately and is actually paying attention to what she's saying. When the maknae is about to give up, she notices Elvia was actually listening and watching her intently as she spoke, brightening up and speaking directly to the werewolf instead.
	- Something happens to one of the group members and Elvia's overprotective instincts kick in and she goes off on whoever harmed, insulted, etc. one of her pack members. When they get back to the dorms, Elvia is instantly all over that group member, fussing over her and subconsciously being touchy with her. They eventually all settle down in one of the bedrooms or in the living area and have group bonding time, everyone revealing little bits and pieces about themselves.

	This took forever! Sorry for taking so long on this. I procrastinate a lot and I had exams (ew). I feel like I could've made this better quality but it ended up being a huge dump of ideas and became a randomly thrown together character. I think I accidentally combine like three slots into one but it's too late now, oops. I hope you like her and her problematic ass. :) Also, my favorite group is Seventeen.
