Kep Response 1

- Red v. Hino

 * Red can summon/perform various fie based attacks, at a hot enough temp to cauterize a wound. When going all out its enough to vaporize a person. Hino has no resistance to flames on this level.

 * Hino has no good speed feats + has bad scaling, while Red can move at ~100 m/s and engage with foes throwing punches in the low 10s of ms

 * Red can avoid damage via fire clones

- Negron v. Anji

 * Anji's physicals are lackluster and no where near the ~stone busting level that Negron is at. Anji needs his powers to even come close.

 * Anji's speed scaling is dubious, while Negron scales to being ~100 m/s movement an throwing strikes in 20 ms

 * Anji won't have time to use his powers, and Negron has the ability to meld into shadows he creates (basically) to get the drop on him

 * Anji lacks the durability to wtihstand Negron's hits or piercing + Negron's various powers make him more effective/harder to hit/easier for him to it Anji

Verlux Response 1

- Red v. Hino

 * Red's blades are made of a compressed vacuum, so they nullify Red's flames

 * Red has no durability feats indicating he can withstand Hino's piercing attacks

 * Hino is much more durable, capable of withstanding hits that obliterate a metal cage (feat unlinked) and a hit that destroys 6 armored men, while Red gets briefly taken out by slamming through a pillar

 * Hino scales to a bullet timer

 * Cauterizing humans isn't that good offensively + the fires are slow + Hino can survive a lot of injury = Red can't take him out quickly. The heat estimate by Kep is also likely off

 * Red' speed is fake

- Anji v. Negron

 * Anji fights using shockwaves, which Negron has no durability against

 * This powers lets him counteract projectiles, which would destroy Negron's sword

 * Anji can take tree-busting hits, which is comparable to Negron's power output

 * Anji can use his abilitiy in 1/75th of a second (his reaction), while Negron's speed is ???

 * Clarifies Anji's dura more

 Kep Response 2

- Hino v. Red

 * Hino's attacks aren't a real vacuum in IRL physics sense so we shouldn't treat them as such

 * None of Hino's piercing attacks will hit Red

 * Pixel calcs would place Hino's scaled to speed as very OOT

 * Red's heat has to be at the upper end of cauterizing heat due to how quick he did it + by definition cauterizing is destorying part of the body, and Red isn't limiting his attack to just a small part of the body

 * Provides some additional scaling that Red's fire quickly burns people

 * Red's fire blasts operate on a scale of 10s of ms

 * Breaks down Red's speed

- Anji v. Negron

 * Anji's offense scaling isn't good + Negron can withstand internal damage

 * Negron's dark slashes are semi-intangible/not made of something that could be destroyed as easily as rocks, so Anji can't counter it like he does rocks

 * Negron does bust stone in his fight, due to a guy grabbing a rock and throwing it from the damaged crater

 * Clarifies Negron's speed

- Verlux is scared of Portuguese

- Hino v. Red

 * Hino's vacuum blades are called vacuum blades so they are vacuum + fiction takes liberties

 * Clarifies arrow timing scaling feat, further

 * Red's fights are visually slow.  Points out that generally his speed is lackluster vs. Hino's

 * Hino's scaling isn't actually that good + even if it is he's slower than what Kep is claiming

 * Breaks down how Anji's vibration/shockwave feats were presented by Verlux and how that interacts with Negron's durability

Judgement:

Verlux wins Kane v. Kakashi by default, due to Kakashi being OOT'd

Regarding the other two matches:

- Hino v. Red: I have to give this one to Verlux. While I agree with Kep that Red's flames likely would harm Hino to a decent degree, and that Hino's vacuum power doesn't really do much in relation to the flames, I think Verlux did a better job establishing his characters speed, and the fact that Hino's piercing attacks could hurt Red was never seriously contested. How Kep presented Red's speed feats were a bit dubious, I do think its clear that Red can perform fast attacks, I don't buy that its a speed that he is consistently and constantly operating at. I contrast Verlux did a decent job at convincing me that Hino can operate at a fairly fast speed pretty consistently. Verlux wins this match.

- Anji v. Negron: Ths was a very close match for me. On one hand I largely bought Kep's argument that Anji's offense was less than stellar, and that Negron could take him out with his offensive powers fairly easily, Negron was still weighed down by the less than consistently good speed Red/him have. In the end I think I give it to Negron by the slimmest hair. Anji's offensive just doesn't seem like something that will quickly take him out, while if Negron lands a hit its game over. The ninja's speed is generally pretty bad, but they clearly occasionally can operate at decent speeds, so the idea Negron lands one good hit seems likely to me. Negron's largely uncontested various side powers is what really pushed me over however.  Kep wins this match.

Just as like an aside, while Kep was right that many of the scans were pretty clear, a decent chunk did rely on translation. As someone who doesn't speak Portuguese a lot of what Kep thought was obvious wasn't to me, and I was forced to agree with Verlux on many of these debates due to that. I would recommend use a fully translated series/at least translate every feat beforehand, next time.

Regardless, Verlux wins 2-1.
