‘You brought them here,’ said the Doctor with an edge in his voice. He took another step towards Mark. ‘Just as I warned you not to.’

Mark backed away, his eyes darting between the Angels. ‘No. No…’

‘Don’t worry,’ the Doctor assured him. ‘They won’t stop you. They can’t get involved directly, you see, they need the paradox to be the result of someone else’s interference. But as for us… well, ha, that’s another story.’
