Personal definition of all bosses category:

Enemies that meet any of these criteria must be defeated at least once

A) Can only be defeated once
or
B) Have Special Boss Music (Non-regular Battle theme)

Example of Bosses:
Rank S because of Boss Music
Dragons can be fought more than once but have special music

Example of Non-Bosses:
Trolls in the Troll Maze (Can be fought elsewhere and have standard battle theme)
