‧ ¨ ❛  background. She grew up in Chicago, USA and lived there until she was 16. She would get a lot of things she wanted just because boys wanted to be with her so she used this to her advantage. While her parents were always out, she was out with friends and boys doing things she really shouldn't be doing. When she was alone, she would constantly hear these voices telling her that she was inadequate and that without attention from boys, she was nothing. She has a fear of inadequacy so this made her crave the attention of boys even more. She and her family moved to Korea when she turned 16 because they suddenly wanted to start a new life. When her parents found out that their daughter would throw herself at boys, they were horrified because they wanted to start a new life and there were already issues. They didn't know what to do with her until they found an ad for Memory Lake and so they made her go. Nobody knows this but another reason why she was always going out and flirting with boys was because she was lonely since her parents were always at work and she had no siblings to talk to.

She then warmed up to the idea because that meant more time to socialise and actually make friends since she didn't have many real friends.

She was quite lonely when she was growing up and was never truly happy but that is why she values friendship a lot.
