- I was planning to do an Explorers of Sky Any% run, which would've taken about 6 hours. I let my parents know, and we ended up getting into a discussion about how I needed to prepare myself for adulthood, particularly with getting a driver's license and a job. Mind you,my parents are nice about it and I'm in a pretty good situation as far as being raised in a good family, but this sort of discussion always ends up with me feeling guilty about it due to my own conscience. The reason that I feel guilty being: If I'm really putting video games before basic things I need to do to function as an adult, then how will I go about life, and how will I find a balance between what I enjoy and the real life things that need to be done? Idk exactly what I'm going to do to get over this, but the immediate plan is to get away from speedrunning and gaming for a bit.
