Why it does so much dmg?
- The reason of this is a as Havoc DH we've a lot haste from this sources - Metamorphosis and traits Furiouz Gaze last one we usually stack 3x times and in total we've amount of in about 120%+ haste every 22-28sec that makes easily to combine our haste buffs with that trinket.

How to get it?
It can drop for the strength-plate users for their tanks and dps loot spec. I got it from couple 14-16 TOS spam with 2-3 traders all the time and got it after 4-5 runs. https://gyazo.com/1554a4d351c23e52df332198e0d8a1cb

If i dont have Merektha's Fang what for 2nd trink u should eq?
For 2nd trinket can advice use jar from ToS \ wheel from Mechagon \ Vita \ Spyglass.

Which trinkets use in raid tho?
- Can advice just analyze logs.

For Tyrannical Workshop i run with full ST intended trinkets. I can advice use in this dungeons ST trinkets which u using in the ST raid-fights Coral, Vita, Spyglass, inkpod etc... My combo for this dungeon - Coral n Spyglass. Cus i dont have a Vita trinket yet.
In any other dungeon Torment+Fang.
