  1. Margot : ••• Aiden’s arms coaxed her closer without any difficulty, drawing her in with measured strength. (Though his grip was much firmer than he anticipated.) Cool and strong as marble, they formed a cage around her that she’d been waiting for since the first breathtaking vision of him. With her ear pressed to his chest, she sucked in her lower lip as a half-grin tugged at the corners of her mouth. Listening as he spoke between the hammering thumping of his heart, the seer breathed in deeply. She wanted nothing more than to stretch this moment out, gleaning every irenic second as her every pining hope was fulfilled. A gentle hum followed his reply as her head swam in a tipsy love-drunk state. Not registering that he’d leaned back somewhat to appraise the length of her visible skin, Margot hovered for a moment in blissed out cacoethes. Her eyes opened with the nubile pace of someone completely dazed. With marked effort, she lifted a hand and slipped thin fingertips into her hairline, -c

  3. Margot : shaking out the goosebumps that prickled her scalp. The withy clairvoyant was faintly flushed, heart thrumming inside of her chest as she stood before him in all of her pernicious glory. Between them was an esoteric chemistry-- not likely to be understood by those who hadn’t yet achieved a coupling with immediate lasting magnetism that neither of them could control. It was unfamiliar, rare, strange and marvelous all at the same time. The clairvoyant might have seen this moment a thousand times-- but nothing could have prepared her for living through it. Which might have explained why she didn’t protest as he came closer and slipped those dexterous, cold fingertips along the line between her hips and collected the hem of her shirt. (Actually his.) Listening with difficulty focusing, Margot began putting together what he was saying far too late. Her arms rose overhead, body registering his words and actions far more quickly than her mind. In no time, Aiden had pulled the -c

Revealed was the full length of the sybil’s pale figure: lengths of trained muscle, folding elegantly together in taut lines that drew the eye vertically. Her skin was soft over the gentle sloping muscle beneath it, pale and pink with human life and smattered with aesthetically spread moles and freckles. Once reduced to a set of lacy navy underpinnings, it would have become quickly obvious that, at some point, Margot had been a dancer. Her figure was graceful and willowy underneath all of those oversized sweaters. It hinted at years of ardent practice that begged the question: why had she stopped? Her neck was long and thin above sharply contrasting clavicles which rested over a pair of pert breasts that sat high on her ribcage. The seer’s shoulders were visibly strong, connected to mounds of laterals that set the bone structure between her neck and arms in striking contrast. As her arms slipped out of the -c

The clairvoyant cleared her throat, breathing in the hot air between them before nodding in taciturn consent. The space between their bodies felt electric, as if a spark might ignite at any moment and swallow the pair whole. Everything up until this moment felt as if it had happened in agonizingly slow motion, but things were starting to speed up. Without a thought, she reached for the lapels of his jacket and slipped her hands beneath them, over the edges of his shoulders to slip it off of them. Pale hues searched his expression for resistance, acutely aware of her own vulnerability. Straddling the line between kith -c

The vampire’s eyes held surprising warmth, deep chocolate in hue-- shot through by auriferous striations. “I don’t know how to swim.” she lied for a convenient excuse, expression humored by her own dim-witted joke as her hands convinced him to part with his clothes. Aiden was prepossessing with added gravity-- she couldn’t help but fall into him. Her fingertips gingerly skimmed down the length of his torso once the jacket slipped off of his shoulders. She could feel the lines etched in his stony flesh beneath. With hesitation, she found the trailing lines that marked the landscape between his abdomen and hips and let her thumbs slip down their length before finding the hemline of -his- shirt. Hooking and tugging it toward her, she beckoned him with a vulpine grin. •••

  11. Āıden Aberdene : One would think, with as much time as they'd spent together, Aiden might have stolen a glimpse of the petite form now revealing itself to him. By his hand he had unleashed a myriad of thoughts both artistic and carnal into the mind of a normally composed and calm undead. If his heart could beat, it would be racing, and his hands no longer with need to be contained by that barrier of what had been, found reason to roam along her form. Mind you Aiden was still in some ways chivalrous. There was no immediate movement to the supple mounds at her chest, or to the backside, but rather his fingertips traced the muscled lines of her stomach, along her hips and across her shoulder where he had intended to bring her that much closer to him. However his plan was halted by her own movements as her hands came toward his jacket, requiring him to remove his hands from where their places of contact to allow that warm blazer to slip from his shoulders and down to the ground. Aiden, never -c-

  13. Āıden Aberdene : claimed himself a warrior, and even in his youth when most of men his age took to the sword and board to make their name as Knights or Highwaymen. Aiden had favored the lyrical, and artistic professions. Yet in death, his body was immortalized marble, cold and perfectly carved. Muscle toned, and leath. He was not perfect by any rights and yet that alabaster like skin was perfect and married with only one scar a different shade of pale upon the collarbone. Of such things would not be noticed until Margot made her claim of his button up shirt and tugged it toward her and thus free of its tuck. Leaving him to deftly bring his hands to unbutton each button until it fell open, thus revealing toned flesh. " Well I guess you'll just have to stick close to me " He replied after her false admission. Aiden, considered in these moments where he was able to see Margot bare to him, (not just her clothing of course) How must she have felt in this moment? He wondered if she'd seen it in -c-

  15. Āıden Aberdene : her dreams, as she had admitted. He wondered if such moments were made dull and unpleasing having lived them over and over. His shoulders shifted, rolling the white shirt down to his elbows, and straightening his arms sent the fabric to land and nestle into the black of his coat. One thing among all those thoughts however had struck him, and that was a matter of taste. A vampire's mind worked differently then a mortals, with heightened senses, and a lust for blood came a type of unique preference in not only the flavor of blood, but the taste, and scent of skin. Aiden, already long before this moment had decided that Margot had a scent that called to him. Both in the aspect of hunger, and of desire. Like a beautiful loaf of freshly baked bread, begging you to eat it, yet making you unable to do so for fear of ruining its perfection. Oft it had been a matter of higher mind, versus the beasts mind. Margot often lay peacefully in his bed as easy prey, never assuming that his -c-

Yet he didn't, So many vampires eagerly sank their fangs into the necks of their lovers, as if it could bring some unique closeness between them and their lover, and many mortals had deemed the act of being bitten to be 'romantic'. Whilst his bite was euphoric, it was not the kind of euphoria he wanted to leave her writhing in in this moment. Stepping close, his hand found her jaw, and moved to tenderly curl the tips of his fingers into her unruly tendrils. " Margot " He whispered her name affectionately bringing his cold forehead against her own. another moment where a kiss could easily have been stolen. Yet in the back of his mind, he could not help but want to wait until he could truly catch her off guard. 41. Margot : ••• Visions paled in comparison to the crisp vibrancy of their real-life counterparts, and Aiden was no exception to the rule. Her skin prickled with anticipation, mind reeling at the soft explosive feeling of his touch as his hands canvassed the swath of her open skin. Hungry for the validation that played at his features, Margot smiled with unchecked pride as she watched shades of approval color his face. The seer had never considered how clumsy she would feel-- knowing only the confidence that came from foresight. Her fingertips felt numb as she watched his hands maneuver at the top buttons of his shirt. Settling for watching as her index finger hooked into the front pocket of his pants, the opposing hand slid upward, finding the part of the dress shirt as he unbuttoned it. Again, it slipped off without any sort of chaste hesitation and left her wading in a pool of freshly lost rectitude. Moral conscience out the window, her features wilted as she met his gaze, “Come -on.-” -c
  42.
  43. Margot : she complained, one hand resting on his bare chest in the increasingly tense cabin air. Her knees felt weak, legs clenching with the strained effort to remain standing as she issued the somewhat childish complaint. “This..” she added as she let a warm fingertip under the curve of a defined pectoral muscle and bit her lower lip, “is not fair.” Where Aiden might have thought himself imperfect, Margot couldn’t seem to find a single flaw. He was long, thin and tall, but gracefully composed. He looked like a fucking statue, each muscle defined as if Donatello himself had carved them. He had the build of a refined athlete-- made for running distance and strong enough to take down prey. Internally, she was on fire. She would have smelled sweet and cedary to him-- rose oil, cade, pine resin and cedarwood absolute perfuming her hair with a warm and alluring siren’s call. Upon collecting her jaw, the index finger hooked to his pocket released, slender frame stepping into his grasp again -c

  45. Margot : as he softly whispered her name. She closed her eyes as his forehead rest against hers, lithe frame cozily tucked up against him as she let her chin drop. Soft, warm lips would find his collarbone, parting gently around it to leave an ambient hot mark there. Most of her was firm from years of practice, combined with the more recent years of drinking and losing her food, but a couple of notable spots were soft. The clairvoyant’s chest pressed against his, grazing the firm, cold surface of his skin from beneath a sheath of dark blue (hardly opaque) lace. After placing the kiss on his collarbone, she tilted her head up to place another at the crook of his jaw, and after that she murmured “Listen.” Between words, she withdrew by a single step backward. One hand collected his where it held her face and she held it between them. “I’ve never done any of this before.” she admitted with clarity. Another step back drew him with her toward the back door, where she assumed a hot tub waited-c

  47. Margot : outside in the falling snow. “I only know loosely what happens next, and most of that is up to interpretation.” she explained, starting to waver as she delved into the technicalities of how her visions worked. She started to laugh when she realized that he was pantsless as well, now. “Apparently I didn’t see that, for example.” she offered with a glance of admiration down the rest of him. “Mmm,” she groaned, head tilting with momentary swoon. She bumped into the sliding glass window of the backdoor and surprise touched her expression. “Did you say it was this way?” she asked, gesturing with a free hand by thumbing over her shoulder to conceal her chagrin. Making a very weak attempt to clear her head, the seer squeezed his hand as her figure bounced to warm herself before bracing the wintry air outside.•••

  67. Āıden Aberdene : It wasn't fair? Oh how could she complain that he was in anyway winning this situation. The hundreds of years of experience he'd had in 'wooing' held nothing in this moment. He couldn't figure which was was up, which way was down. Want filled him and brought his head to a cloudy hedonistic pulse that had him feeling all the more light upon his feet. She was perfect in his eyes, and like the artist he was he studied her every feature. Every change of every muscle, he saw her as a masterpiece crafted by gods own hand. He felt love drunk upon her warmth and all the more came to realize that he was truly in love with her. Whatever connection that was bore between them from day one had been profound upon his heart. " Not fair?" He let his hand move to her lower back as she came close, drinking in the warmth of their skin to skin contact. The lace covering her form hardly enough to shield him from the realization that they'd become nearly as intimately close as could be. But -c-

  69. Āıden Aberdene : her words brought back that sense of reality to him. Or maybe it brought back the hopeless romantic Aiden had always tried to deny that he was. Drawing from him was cruel on so many levels. Not that he blamed her of course! " Never?" He asked thoughtfully, the vampire's eyes watching her as one might expect a hunter of prey to do. Every graceful movement, even to the clumsy one. He shifted and moved toward her, in slow, quiet steps leading him to stand before her, one hand moving to gather the lever like handle of the door. It opened inward, this his weight against it would keep her from escaping his grasp. The other hand moved in a sensual line along her hips and upward to her neck, then with a fingertip he'd tilt her eyes upward to his own. " You know, up until this moment I've always considered my life style a blessing " He paused and let his eyes close " Yet now I can see it's actually a curse " He shifted bringing his body to her own, gently pressing her back against -c-

But their was weight upon his words to grant them deeper meaning. He exhaled a breath he did not need, but took anyway because it made him appear human, because it was a habit he didn't allow himself to break. Her head was then tilted, and the vampire drew down his cold breath caressing along her bare shoulder and neck. His eyes closing as he inhaled her scent. His mouth opened slowly, and his fangs extended from the upper canines of his mouth. He hovered for a moment, as if prolonging the moment. A moment he secretly would admit to himself he'd been waiting for. That first taste of blood from someone you adored. There was no word in any language that could describe the sublimeness of it. There was a sort of intimacy, opened by the act that could not be taken away. A Vampire's Kiss was euphoric, and no doubt the seer -c-

" If you've never been kissed before, then I'll make sure your first kiss is perfect. " his fingers danced along her jaw to her shoulder " I've you've never been touched, then I will tend to you like a master pianist to his keys, and ensure the melody is unforgettable " He brought his lips to the crown of her ear. 93. Margot : ••• Cool breath, and the smooth breadth of his lips against her shoulder gave her pause. No longer guided by her own backward step, but by the urgency in his pursuit, her back pressed against the cold glass window. The sudden shift in their momentum paired with the sudden cold of the glass made her inhale sharply in human surprise. His mouth moved, grazing the length of muscle between her shoulder and throat. For a moment, she braced herself. Her heart swelled in her chest, throbbing fiercely against the inside of her ribs. The seer’s head was swimming with the dizzying effect that their closeness brought, head remaining tilted while his lips skimmed the edges of her shoulder, neck and jaw. As he spoke, she realized she’d been holding her breath in anticipation, and she exhaled, chin lifting to rest against his temple as he spoke.”Never.” she confirmed quietly, admitting it as if it were a long-held secret. Listening as Aiden spoke, she stood trapped between the door and -c

As his fingertips trailed from her jaw to the end of her shoulder, she listened to him speak in intimate tones at her ear, dragging out each syllable with a line of cool goosebumps along her skin. The snow swirled outside the fogged glass creeping out around her, and she felt her pulse in her hands as he brought one to his lips to kiss the center of her palm. Internally fawning over the building tension, the clairvoyant felt the combined pang of longing and relief that lingered after his lips left her neck. At her wrist, her blood pulsed a lively and jittery tune, heart erratically skipping with each time his lips closed on her flesh. When the vampire pulled back, she’d blink to focus her vision, freshly realizing that the sting of warm tears rested fresh on her waterline. There were so few things that genuinely surprised her, given her ‘gift’. His quiet affirmations in the din of their mutual sanctuary in the woods -c

As if it weren’t enough that the words themselves caught her off guard, the tenderness with which they were ushered was. With her hand resting over the hollow space of his heart, Margot breathed as evenly as she could. “I’ll hold you to that.” she managed, chest rising and falling with focused breaths. ‘God damn him,’ she thought, pale green eyes glistening in the firelight as her heart, mind and body ached. Hadn’t she been waiting long enough? Part of her was thrilled, having a true sense of surprise gave her unprecedented affection-- nobody had ever been able to provide her with it. On the other hand, she was so used to being sure of herself that it was jarring to have her reality so abruptly thrust into the unknown. What he said was true-- -c
  98.
  99. Margot : there was a tenable magnetism between them that extended well before they’d ever met face-to-face. Neither had the emotional fortitude to resist it. She was simultaneously thankful for and hated his ability to push her to the edge and then withdraw, constantly challenging her intuitions and spurring her chastity. “I have always been in love with you, Aiden.” she followed after a brief pause, free hand curling around the nape of his neck so that she could draw herself close enough to kiss just outside of the corner of his lips, weight shifting to the balls of her toes as the hand pressed to his chest turned to pull his to the spot over her left breast where her heart hammered beneath the soft, yielding flesh. “And mine is yours.” she echoed, hand over the back of his, gently holding it in place.•••
