  1. Drills Used:

  3. Fist: Just like normal swimming but your hands are clenched.
  4.  
  5. Chest Press: Arms at side, press shoulders up and down. Bend spine like a wave rather that moving like a seesaw. Keep legs relaxed; don't use legs.
  6.  
  7. Fish Kick: Chest press on side. Look down at the bottom.
