New Commands!
00. -addgquote - Allow all users to add a quote automatically with the name at the end
01. -gquote - Search through gquotes like quote and chatlog.
02. -doddi - Post the YourSooDoddi Link.

Let's first tell you about the ranks.

If you are an editor, you are able to use commands that have a e after the number.
The current Editors as of 7/1/2015, are..

~~~Editor/Moderator only list.
-addcon <name> - Owner Only - Adds another user to run Editor/Mod commands.
-listcon - Owner Only - Lists the current mods on the console.
-delcon <name> - Owner Only - Remove from the editor/mod list.
!MUTE - Editor/Mod Only - Toggles the full bot mute, but it still runs.
-addquote <quote> - Editor/Mod Only - Add's a quote to the bot. Example:  "<quote>" by <yourname>
-addquoteo <quote> - Editor/Mod Only - Add's a quote to the bot. Example: <quote>
-luck <number> - Editor/Mod Only - Set the luck number.
-twss <number> - Editor/Mod Only - Set the twss number.
-lilwine <number> - Editor/Mod Only - Set the lilwine number.
-chatlog [number/text] - Editor/Mod Only - Allows the mod to go through the chatlogs.
-startvote <whattovotefor> - Editor/Mod Only - Start a vote!
-endvote - Editor/Mod Only - End the vote

-vote yes - Vote yes for the running vote!
-vote no - Vote no for the running vote!
!matthias - Give Matthias sum lov.
!help - Get the help link to this page.
!blame - Was the bot down? ugh, blame nickoplier.
-lilwine - Used for horror livestreams when someone screams. Or if Matthias get's scared and screams. :p
-ohamanda - Oh amanda, you and your ability to seamlessly wedge into the background.
-ohamanda <number> - Editor/Mod Only - Set the ohamanda number.
-twss - Thats what SHE SAIIID.
-luck - Them luck levels, you were soo close to doing something bad.
-quote - Get a random quote
-quote <number> - Get the quote on that number.
-quote <text> - Search the quotes for this text.
-addgquote <quote> - Allows anyone to add a quote, but as a "gquote"
-gquote [number/text] - Same method as -quote, but for "gquote"
-roll - Roll a number between 1-6
-hello - Have the bot say hi back.
-yon [text] - Have the bot reply if its a yes or no situation.
-afact [text] - Have the bot reply if its a fact or not.
-ball8 [text] - Ball8 your request.

StoryMode!
- 's ' - The prefix for continue my story sentence.
- storysave - Editor/Mod Only - Saves the story sentence.
- storyclr - Editor/Mod Only - Ugh, clear the current unsaved story.
- story <number> - Replay that story!

You hit the end! If an editor wants the bot to shut uppp!, the editor/mods should look on the very first command ;p
