Zapdos44's Step-By Step on Gen 4 TID/SID Abuse
Method J for Diamond Pearl, Method K for HGSS
Stuff You Need:
    The Generation 4 Lua Scripts
    PkHex or PokeGen
    DeSmuMe (Dev Build)
    RNG Reporter 10.1.8
    Pokemon D/P or HG/SS
    A Pokemon you want to RNG
    Lots of patience

1.	Open Gen 4 Time Finder
2.	Fill in all info except for Nature and make sure that the TID/SID is set to 0
	Make sure to put either Method J or Method K, depending on your game
	Also ensure that the Minimum Delay is 5000, otherwise it will be impossible to hit.
3. Click "Generate"
4. Look for a "pair"
	A pair is when two entries share the same seed, frame, IVS and PID
	Make sure that you will be OK with BOTH entries, as you may get either one.
	Note the PID, Seed and hour
5. Go to Gen 4 Tools > Pandora's Box in RNG Reporter
	Make sure it looks like this: http://imgur.com/xbzZfBn
	You can check the "Search For Specific TID Box"
	Make sure to put the minimum delay as 5000! It isn't possible to go lower!
6. Search
	Note the delay and EXACT time
7. Open runasdate
8. Set runasdate to open DeSmuMe at the precise time you noted on step 6.
9. Open the lua script.
10. Advance to the proper delay. (Disregard the frame)
	Make sure you have NOT loaded your save yet!

Stuff to do because you probably failed unless RNGesus smiles upon you
11. Make sure you really failed, and it wasn't because you forgot a step in steps 1-10.
12. Open Pandora's Box
13. Fill in the data like so: http://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/dpphgss_idsid_12.png
14. Adjust your delay..
15. Repeat until you get your TID.

NOTE: Make sure that you are not stuck on odd delays when you are trying to hit the even delays and vice versa. You can fix that by adding a GBA. (Config > GBA Slot 2)
