	Kubo was born to a museum archivist and an antique restorer/collector which, by default, made his life extremely interesting. There was never a dull moment in the Gozar household. Growing up, he was always pampered by his mother and older brother's, while his sister and dad thought they were just spoiling him since he was the youngest. Sure, they may have been spoiling him but not just because of his age. Kubo had been blessed with a beautiful face and a lithe frame, making him ideal for his dancing talent. What made his looks even more special is the fact that his own twin brother didn't quite share the same looks. While Kubo was more feminine, his twin, Kino, looked more masculine and was a lot taller and more muscular.
	When Kubo was 11, his father had received a job offer in Japan at a museum in Osaka. Deciding it was worth the travel and that it'd be a good idea for the Gozar siblings to be closer to their other set of grandparents, their parents moved the family to Osaka. All throughout his school years, Kubo was either loved or hated. Hated because he was a guy with feminine looks or loved because he was absolutely beautiful with a golden personality to match. Being bullied came to be a regular thing for Kubo but he always had Kino there to scare off his bullies. Thanks to Kino becoming his personal bodyguard, Kubo was able to go through school peacefully, for the most part. During his middle school and high school years, he joined the dance club, of course along with Kino, and they both easily became two of the best dancers, despite being self-taught, due to their natural talent.
	When the time came where Kubo's teachers began questioning him on what he wanted to do with his future, he had no clue how to answer. The only thing he knew he was good at was dancing and even singing. Sure, he liked collecting things and helping his mom out with restoring them but he looked at that as nothing more than a hobby. Kino had decided he wanted to become a choreographer and had presented Kubo with many ideas for his career path. One idea appealed to him: become an idol. With that goal in mind, he talked to his parents and, to his relief, they gave him their blessing and a plane ticket to Tokyo so he could attend the global auditions.
	To an 18-year-old Kubo's relief, he made it to the next round and the next round and so on until he was walking through the doors of YG Entertainment as one of their newest trainees. His looks instantly earned him good marks in his trainers books but that was only made better when they saw him dance and heard him sing. This talented and beautiful trainee had them awestruck. They expected him to be arrogant about his talent and go about flaunting, which is how most trainees normally acted when they were apart of a trainee program under one of the Big 3. Kubo, however, proved their assumptions wrong with his friendly, warm attitude towards everyone.
	Now, 5 years later, Kubo is preparing to compete on a survival show to finally debut. He's trained and sacrificed his social life for five whole years just so he could debut and he's not prepared to let anything stand in the way of that.



❝ MOVIE'S OVER ❞

	If anyone could describe Kubo Gozar in one word, they'd instantly say friendly. They say this because Kubo is a one of the most happy and loving people you'll ever come across. He loves making people smile and will go out of his way to see someone smile, even though he doesn't have to most of the time since it's impossible to not smile around him. Although he comes off as this social, outgoing butterfly, he truthfully prefers keeping to himself. He is just polite and sweet when people approach him so as to not seem rude, which he isn't. He feels more at home among books than among people, which clearly shows how much of a book nerd he truly is. He was most known in school for, not just his pretty looks and seemingly kind nature, but also for his wide vocabulary and surprisingly short temper that could make you feel like the stupidest person alive if you decided to start a petty argument with him. He vividly remembers how people wondered why he had his twin brother guarding him when he could easily keep people at a distance with his sometimes cruel, harsh words. But, despite his hidden flaws, Kubo is a very friendly person and will gladly talk to anyone as long as they aren't there to insult him or make him feel inferior. Despite being a generally friendly boy, he is unbelievably shy and, ironically, really hates when he's the center of attention. Although shy, he turns into a completely different person on stage, intense and energetic. When someone is daring enough to start an argument with him, it takes everything in his power to not shrivel up on the spot and hide from all of the witnessing eyes. He comes off as a placid, non-confrontational type of person but, in reality, he has temper beneath his chin that can be so scarily calm that even his parents learned not to piss him off.
	Kubo, despite his bad temper and reserved ways, is naturally a 'motherly' person and will literally baby anyone who gives him the chance to. He is protective of his loved ones and will gladly give you a bruised eye or bloody nose if you mess with them. He has always been academically advanced and even graduated in the third highest spot in his class in high school. He is philosophical and understanding, looking into every situation before coming to any conclusions which often causes his loved ones to flock to him for advice or comfort. Kubo is anything but a simple boy but he believes otherwise, preferring to think of himself as a normal human being with a love for simplicity and cats. He is beautiful in the most subtle of ways, which adds to the mystery that strangers crave to uncover. He's passionate about what he loves and, when he speaks, he makes you want to listen to his angelic voice forever, no matter how boring you think the current topic of interest is.
	One of Kubo's most prominent flaws is his sensitivity. He sometimes tends to take things too seriously, which makes him a key target whenever someone wants to play a mean joke or prank. He cries very easily and will completely break down if he's stressed out or being yelled at. He hates when people are upset with him and is perfectly vulnerable to having an anxiety attack when he feels insignificant and/or likes he's no longer needed.

— have they ever experienced abuse from trainers?: At first, yes. They thought because he had a pretty face and natural talent that he'd slack off or would be arrogant so they worked him harder than the rest and pushed him to the limits. They would make comments about his weight, which was average, and about how he never did what he was told, which was a lie. Later on, they realized they misjudged him and started giving him normal training schedules. Although, now he's so used to being trained harshly that he normally trains that way without being asked since normal training schedules have become too easy for him.

— have they ever experienced abuse from other trainees?: Yes. They bully him a lot because of his feminine looks and height. He's always made the center of jokes and other trainees pull pranks on him often since he takes most things seriously and literally panics if he's told someone is hurt, missing, etc. There's been multiple occasions in which he's been 'invited' somewhere or invites someone somewhere but is just ditched and ends up going alone. It's also not rare that he goes in for a shower and comes out to find his clothes and/or towel missing. The other trainees just pick on him a lot mostly for his looks because if they knew his personality, they wouldn't pick on him (#goldenheart)

— any other hardships as a trainee: Well, I pretty much covered it. Except, he was unable to contact his family so that always made him worried and unhappy, although he masks it with a smile. It's often he has breakdown's or anxiety attack's from all the stress and bullying he's put through.

— biggest struggle as a trainee (talent wise): Vocals. He can sing but he's never had amazing vocals.

— best moment as a trainee: Performing in front of the other trainees for the first time as a request from one of the trainers. He deems this his best moment because everyone finally recognized that the short boy who doesn't speak unless spoken to was an amazing dancer. Although, there were those few who bullied him and snickered, throwing insults his way

— why do they want to be on sabotage?: He's worked for five years for his debut and this is his chance to make himself known, to finally put all of his hard work to good use and debut. He wants nothing more than to debut and prove all of the trainees who made fun of him wrong.

They get seated and the other trainees involved get up to "go to the restroom" but end up leaving and sitting in the van or whatever and Kubo is just sitting there for hours, disappointed as hell. The place closes and they tell him he'd have to leave and he just walks out all sad and teary-eyed. He walks all the way back to the dorms, having realized it was all a prank. He walks in and ignores everybody, just going to his room and laying in bed and crying because he was really excited to see his family for the first time in years. (I'M A TERRIBLE PERSON I CANT BELIEVE LDIFJAIUDHFUEWITIUOH)

- (kinda continuing from the last one) Possible love interest notices Kubo's down attitude about the prank and scolds the trainees who thought it'd be funny to do that to him. He goes and comforts the heartbroken Kubo with cuddles and promises to see his family.

- (another continuation) Possible love interest is actually really nice person who keeps promises and flies Kubo's family to South Korea for a visit. Kubo is super happy and is crying tears of joy and is just endlessly thanking possible love interest and yay cute!
