Dreaming: Prologue

PROLOGUE

>Day "I've Lost Count" in Equestria
>You are Anonymous
>As the moon sits overhead, you approach your front door
>You slam your door open and walk inside, heading straight to your bedroom
>Kicking your shoes off, you slump onto the bed
>Looks like you're sleeping in your work clothes tonight
>You flip over onto your back and stare at the ceiling, waiting for sleep to overtake you
>Your last conscious thought before blacking out is quickly forgotten as you drift off into sleep
...
>You feel strange
>As if you're not really in control
>You sit alone in a small white room
>Looking around, you notice that the room is completely bare
>You feel compelled to leave
>Finding no way out, you stand and press your hands to the wall
>It molds around your hands as you push, but forces them back out after a moment
>You take a step back
>Taking a deep breath, you hurl yourself at the wall
>It bends around you, then sends you back out to the opposite wall
>You have to try harder
>Taking a runner's stance, you dash at the wall and put your shoulder out
>You sink into the wall before hearing a pop
>You're floating
>You look around now, and find you're in your bedroom
>Below you is...you
>Sleeping in your bed
>You glance back to where you came from and see a green cloud covered in black question marks
>You try to move, but you only fall to the floor
>Standing and brushing yourself off, you walk to the window
>You can see 6 different colored clouds throughout the town
>Purple, orange, white, pink, blue, and yellow
>This all seems familiar to you, but you can't recall where you've seen it
>Taking a step forward, you pass right through the window and out into the night air
>But which cloud do you go to first?
